Dispatch companies pay less because they require less. Plus, they have a middle person who fields and processes the calls, so that person needs to get paid too.

But at a direct dial company you process the caller. There is no middle person But you also need to blog. The way we make money at WBMT is blogging. It is how callers find us and it is how they find you. So, the more you blog, the more calls you will likely get. Many women cannot see themselves writing a few 200-300 word blogs a day. But if you cannot blog, you just will not make much here.

We have a high SEO ranking because our girls blog. And that high SEO ranking equals a steady call volume. We do not over hire. Girls stay busy at WBMT. Now, it is not always busy in the beginning. It does take a while to get your calls coming in regularly. But if you blog consistently and work your schedule, you will make good money here.

She did phone sex while she was in college, but that was 20 years ago, and a lot has changed in the industry since then. But she knew that platforms like Glass Door and the Better Business Bureau would have negative stuff about a company if they were truly awful places. Even if a contractor did not speak out a caller would. Why? Because companies who do not treat their contractors well often do not treat their callers well either.
