Our phone chat jobs are the best. And trust me, I know because I have worked at a few places before I landed here. But all the other places I worked at I only made cents on my talk time. The most I ever made per minute was .80 cents. However, at WBMT, I can earn up to $1.10 a minute.

One of the things I like the most about working here is the pay structure. Why? Because it is based on effort not minutes. This gives all girls here the chance to make decent money, not just the top earners. There are plenty of companies that pay $1 a minute on your talk time. However, if you want to make more than that you normally need to talk over 1000 minutes in a week. But that is not the case here.
Now, we can all make over 1000 minutes here with hard work and dedication. However, it requires blogging. This company is not a dispatch company. And blogging serves as free advertisement. It helps us get callers. With no middle person we can pay our girls more per minute. And blogging keeps our phones ringing.

I love this company. Although it does take work, you can make great money here with hard work, dedication and consistency. There is no need for any woman to work for a phone sex company that only pays them cents on her talk time.

Phone sex jobs can change your life. When I got divorced last year, I did not know how I would support myself and my daughter. She has special needs and could not attend traditional daycare. But any job I could get would not pay me enough to afford daycare for her while I worked. So, I looked for home type jobs. And decided to give phone sex a try.

But I work hard for those zeros on my paycheck week to week. This is an SEO driven company which means we need to blog. If you cannot see yourself writing 10-15 blogs a week, you will never make money here.

Blogging is the reason we have a high SEO ranking and that brings us callers. Companies that do not require blogging will never have the same earning potential as ones that do. So, keep that in mind. I have worked at both types of companies, and the money really excels as blogging companies.

This industry attracts lazy women. But to make real money in this industry you need to blog. I was slow to embrace the blogging when I started at WBMT. In fact, I almost quit in the first month because I just couldn’t get the blogging down. But a co worker kicked me in the ass and told me how much she makes a week. And I followed her lead because I had bills to pay. And three years later, I am still here at WBMT and bring home an average of $1500 a week. You can too if you stick with it. Blog your ass off too and you will see your pay checks soar too.

At home phone operator jobs are the only jobs a woman with no formal education or skills can make a decent living at and all from the comfort of her home. I barely graduated high school. And I live in a small rural town. My job choices were fast food, Walmart or a convenient mart/gas station. I tried baby sitting and pet sitting after Walmart turned into my worst nightmare. But the money just was not enough to support myself on.

One day as I was looking for at home jobs, I found this very site. And I applied. I had no clue about phone sex. Did not know how much I could make or what was expected of me either. I make $1.10 a minute at WBMT. But I work for that. The pay structure here is not like any I have experienced before.

I work for my $1.10 pay by committing to 50 hrs a week, working an additional ten, with at least 10 hours on the weekend for a total of 60 hours a week. And I blog 5 days a week. Now, you can work less and still make a decent living. 50 hours a week is $1.05 a minute. And 40 hours a week offers $1.00 a minute. No matter which option you want, you must blog 5 days a week with 8-10 hours minimum on weekends.

Most companies just pay you a set amount and leave the incentive pay bonus to girls who talk over 1,000 minutes or more in a pay period. I like that WBMT values your hard work. Why work for pennies when you can make real money? We do require set schedules here, but we can switch it up every three months.

This is by far the best PSO job I have had. And I hope it will be my last!
