We have lots of pso jobs. Our jobs, however, are not like most. We have more requirements than many pso companies, but the payout is higher. You can earn up to $1.10 a minute at this company. That is almost unheard of in the industry. We require weekly schedules. You can select anywhere between 30-50 hours a week. The more hours you commit too, however, the higher you pay rate is. We require weekend hours too between 8-10 hours depending on how many hours you select. I never mind working the weekends here because they are busy. We are a blogging company. Since we are what you call direct dial, that means you need to blog to help your phone ring. Plus, the more you blog, the higher your pay rate per minute too. This is a great company to work for but the women who do the best work hard to make their phone ring. They put in 40 plus hours a week and 10-15 blogs a week, if not more. Drama free too, so no ego or cattiness is allowed. We operate as a team and it makes for a productive work environment. If you can blog and you have a good work ethic, you can make great money as a phone sex operator with WBMT.

Being a phone sex operator was not what I expected at all. I took this job out of desperation a few years ago thinking it would be a temporary job. I am still here for many reasons. For one, the pay surpassed what I expected. I do not want you to think it was instant money, because it was not. I had to work a lot of hours when I first started and blog my ass off daily to get callers. Once I built up regulars, I could work less hours. But I will warn you this is not the kind of job you can work part-time and make over $500 a week. Upside. You are working from home, so you can roll right out of bed and start working. No commute. No time prepping to look perfect. You can also do laundry and clean in between calls. The second reason I am still here is that I can set my own schedule from week to week. I can work around appointments and travel and never need to ask off. I need flexibility in my work schedule. I also love this job because it is drama free. No drama is tolerated, so I do not have to worry for long if some girl is being catty because she will be gone sooner rather than later. WBMT is a company with a lot of requirements and rules, BUT it is all worth it because those requirements and rules are designed to make us money. Join our team.

I too wondered exactly what PSO jobs entailed. So, I did a little research and discovered that you can make some real money doing them. I have a little one and was leery about leaving her with a babysitter or a daycare as I have no family members available to watch her and doing without a second income was out of the question. I looked up work from home jobs and they mostly required some type of payment up front and didn’t guarantee placement. That didn’t seem like a good fit. Then I was bombarded with the multi-level marketing jobs. Those seemed more like a scam and any money I would make would go to the ones above me. I am a hard worker and dedicated and dependable. The company most praised was WBMT. I filled out an application and was contacted quickly. I already had a computer, internet and a land line. I started training and began. Management is great, the girls I work with are great and I can work around my little one’s schedule. It truly is a win win for my family. I couldn’t ask for a better employer.
