Phone chat jobs are great income for women who want to work from home for whatever reason. We hire women of all ages who are 18 and older. We are an elite group here. Nice and friendly, no drama ever, but to work for us you need some skills. I am not talking about prior experience in the industry. What I mean is you need to be able to work a computer and have skills to do things like blog and check email and use Google Docs. We are a direct dial company which means you need to blog several times a day to make any money. You have to be reliable too because we operate on schedules. You need to commit to a weekly one you design each. I love this company for many reasons, but the number one reason is the pay. I can make up to a $1.10 on my talk time by blogging a set amount per week and working 60 hours a week, which is easier to do when work from home. No other company can I make that much. My effort and hard work are rewarded, which I love. I consistently make over $1,000 a week. Now it took me several months to build up regulars, but at WBMT if you blog well and work 40-60 hours a week, your paycheck can be big too.
