Phone chat Jobs may seem easy to come by but good companies are not. In fact not all PSO jobs are created equally nor are the girls that do them. What I am trying to say is many companies treat you as just part of their numbers game and really just a warm body. They don’t really give a whole lot in training nor in making you feel like your even human. If you go into dispatch you are expected to keep guys on the line for x number of minutes to even get paid. If they even pay you. It’s true, there are companies that owe their contractors pay and will just change the name and continue on ignoring the fact that they owe these operators for their due wages. Well, here at WBMT you get paid. You are in charge, essentially for what your pay rate is. It’s called motivational pay and it’s really a great thing. We earn a pay rate of the highest in the industry. You can earn up to 1.10 a minute. Yes, you are required to write blogs, keep a set number of hours and do a few other minor tasks. Face it, it’s a job. If you are interested in joining a reputable company that provides training and guidance then give WBMT a chance.

I could tell you that phone sex jobs are easy to come by, but I could also tell you that they are some not so good companies out there that will not pay you what you are worth or what they owe you. I had gotten ripped off a couple of times by companies that promised never to do that. This is a competitive industry and good companies are hard to sort out I know. I have been here a couple of years. We do not have hold times, so someone can call you and hang up and reduce your money. NO one here wants you to fail. This company was created by a woman who has been in the industry for years, tired of seeing women get taken advantage of. Read the requirements if you can do all that and put your all into it then you can be a great money making PSO. I’m a real PSO and woman that knows what other companies can be like and I have found my home here and can support myself and feel good about myself!

Who knew phone chat jobs could be so rewarding? I am a college student that recently lost her job due to Covid. I needed something I could do at home. I have an open mind and found some phone sex positions and filled out a couple applications. I did my research and knew that I needed a strong company that would let me work a spilt schedule if I needed too. I looked at these testimonials and the company page and filled put my application. I was hired quick and was ready to go asap. I followed my training and well, now I can do my school and make a living. Since this is a direct dial company, you need to blog to get calls. I love working here. And in a tough economy and a scary world, being a PSO is a great thing
