This is not a company for lazy women, however. You must blog daily, and you must commit to a schedule. But if you can work hard, you will be rewarded with a nice, fat pay check at this company.

Phone sex jobs rock. I love pso work for many reasons. First, is the money. At the right company, you can make a $1.00 a minute on your talk time. At this company you can make up to $1.10 a minute which is very rare in this industry. At WBMT we have what is called motivational rate of pay. The more you do, the more you make. So, you can never commit to hours weekly and never blog and make 20 cents a minute. Or you can commit to 50 hours a week, work another 10 hours whenever in the week and blog 3 times a day for 5 days and make $1.10 a minute. You can still make decent money at 40 and 50 hours a week at this company too. I do love the money I can make here, but the flexibility of my schedule is what I love most. I can work around my life and never have to ask off. I can work a 16-hour day or a 2-hour day. I love that kind of freedom. WBMT is drama free, and the company and they build women up instead of tearing them down. I love this job. I think you will too.
