At WBMT you do need to blog daily. several times a day. This is a blog driven company. So, if you cannot see yourself blogging, then this will not be a good match for you. I struggled to blog when I started. And I did not understand the necessity of blogging for decent money. But once I got my blog game down, my paychecks went up.

WBMT stays up on all the latest SEO and Google changes. Therefore, we have a high SEO ranking. I did not understand what that meant when I started here. But a high SEO ranking means more guys will find you. And the more men who find you, the more calls you get. The more calls you get, the more money you earn. See the importance of blogging?

You need to show up to work too. We require schedules. And you will not earn a living if you do not show up to work. You design your own schedule, so just design your hours around your life like I do. But once you find your groove here, you will see yourself slowly getting lifted out of poverty.

Phone Sex is a fun job. And a laid back one too. However, you must put in the time to be financially secure.

However, after a few months working here they are off it all. That’s because they end up making a decent wage for once. Plus, there is no need for daycare if you work from home.

When I started here 5 years ago, I was about to be homeless. I got some public assistance but not enough to support my family as a single mom. My fast-food job paid minimum wage and offered no benefits. Although phone sex workers are independent contractors with no benefits, you end up making enough to get health insurance and start an IRA.

But you do need to treat phone sex like the job it is to make a livable wage here. Blogging several times a day is the only way to make your paycheck soar. After about 3 months, I began earning over $1000 a week. And that blew me away. More money than I ever made at Burger King. Suddenly, my bills got paid on time. My kids had new clothes, and we ate better too. No more paycheck to paycheck living.

However, you do need to blog and work 40 plus hours a week to make the best money here. But trust me, working from home is a game changer. And so is the money you can earn.

When I applied for a job at WBMT, I thought maybe I would make a couple extra hundred a week to help make ends meet. And I thought I might be in an office cubicle. I found myself pleasantly surprised when I learned phone sex is done from the comfort of our homes.

And it pleased me to learn that I could make more than a couple hundred a week. When I began, I made less than $500 a week. However, once I started blogging and building up my caller base, my paychecks grew. Now I make more like $1800 a week. And that’s about what I made a month at the job I had when I first started here 8 years ago.

Obviously, I ditched that job and became a full-time PSO. Now, I do work hard for the money. And the only way to make that kind of money here is to blog daily and work regular hours. Consistency is key here. Men grow to expect to see you on at certain times. And the blogging helps men find you. Think of it as free advertisement.

This may not be the job you dreamed of, but it is a job that can change your life if you let it.

Now, I will be honest, you do need to treat this like a job because it is a job.  The women who do not make money here at WBMT, simply do not treat this like a job. They don’t show up when scheduled to work and they do not blog.

This is not rocket science. But its is a job. Think of it as a sales job. You only make money on your talk time. Which means this is not a wage job. Blogging is like free advertisement. And I want to be honest about the blogging. We likely have a more stringent blogging policy than most companies. But that is because we know blogging increases our pay. The more we blog the more we all make.

We do blogging right. We use SEO and Word Press. And we rely on Google ranking. Many companies do not require blogging, or they do not stay up to date with SEO changes. And SEO is key to making money for any company. We have great call volume because of our blogging. And my guess is we have the best call volume of any company because of it.

So, if blogging does not scare you, and you can blog a few times a day, you will see you can make great money at WBMT.

So, I do not mind blogging because it makes my phone ring. And most of us here have mastered the blog game with the help of veterans of the company.

The atmosphere at WBMT is great too. No drama allowed. We work together not against each other. And a chat room for contractors helps us know each other better. When I first started here, I felt overwhelmed. My previous company required nothing of me but to answer my phone. But the pay sucked. I would work 100 hours a week and not even make $500. So, you need to hustle if you want to make money in this business. By hustle I mean out in the hours to build your call base. And blog. We do require blogging at WBMT. And likely more than most companies.

But you want to be at a company that requires blogging because the call volume will be better. Blogging companies use blogs to increase their audiences. A guy will find your site and company through Google searches on keywords we use in blogs. So, think of blogging as essential to making your phone ring. And key to making money.

It took me a while to master the blogging game. But once I did, my paychecks went up week to week. We train girls on how to blog using WordPress. You can have experience in the business or no experience. We hire women from other companies. We use Google Docs, and WordPress, so you will be ahead of the game if you have experience with either.

We have women at our company who are college students, stay at home moms, disabled or living with chronic illnesses, and some who suffer from social anxiety. I started here during COVID. I lost my job, but needed money to support me and my kids.

phone chat jobsPhone chat jobs are hard to come by, at least the ones that pay well. Most companies are what you call dispatch companies. And they never pay as much for a few reasons. You are not processing the charges to a caller’s credit card. A dispatch operator does that. And because of that, pay is often less than $1 a minute on your talk time. Dispatch companies also over hire. So, they have more women to pay, and they want a profit too, which means you get paid less.

WBMT is a direct dial company. No middle person. The cost of a call is split between you and the company. So, if you cannot make at least $1.00 a minute on your talk time at a direct dial company, I would not work there. Not when there are ones that pay that and even a little higher. WBMT operates a bit differently than most PSO companies. You can earn up to $1.10 a minute here. But you can also earn as little as 20 cents a minute too.

Our pay is based on how many hours you commit to in a work week. You can work 30, 40, 50 or 60 hours here. And there is a pay bump with the increase in hours. But pay is also tied to blogging. You need to blog 5 days out of the week to make anywhere from $1.00 to $1.10 a minute. Most direct dial companies never pay more than $1.00 a minute. We are unique on many levels.

But if you can commit to a weekly schedule and blog the days you work, you can make great money.

You Can Support Yourself Being a Phone Sex Operator

The company gets most of your talk time. A good company pays you at least $1.00 a minute. A great company can pays you more, but the exchange is more work.

WBMT requires more blogging than many companies. But blogging helps add zeros to your paycheck. I make over $1,000 a week here. Now, I did not always. But after a few months learning the ropes and getting into the groove of blogging, I saw my paychecks go up week to week. You need to blog here though to make that kind of money.

We have a good call volume. And there are enough callers to keep us all busy on the phone. Now, no one is on the phone 24/7 here. But it is easy to make a couple hundred a day if you put in the time and the blogging. I worked at other companies before and never came close to the money that I make here.

Everyone can make great money at WBMT if you blog and show up when schedule. You can work as much as you want if you still work your schedule. Trust me. If you are new to the business or a vet, you can support yourself and your family here.
