    Sure there are many companies out there for phone chat jobs, but not all are the same. I spent years with another company before I found WBMT, and let me say this company is the fairest. We are like family here and support one another in doing the best they can. With this company comes a responsibility of being responsible and consistent. This is a real job and you need put the effort in to get out anything. Blogging is a huge part of drawing in the callers so consistency is ideal. You have hours that you have committed to, it’s your responsibility to show up ready and able to work. A stable internet and a landline home telephone are a must and really still less than a commute somewhere! I love this job and the company is top notch.  If you need a reliable income and are able to commit to 40 or more hrs a week, then you should give us a try. The effort and work you put forth in this company really shows in your weekly checks and anything is possible in the amount you make, it’s all dependent on you. I won’t sugar coat this job as it is a job, but if you are willing to work then it will work for you.

We get to talk to all kinds of interesting people and I get to work with some of the best ladies on the planet. We have fun and chat all day long while we’re working, there is always someone here to answer questions and encourage you. It’s easy to make a good living here too, if you put the work in there really is no limit to the amount of money you can make. You do have to work at it though, you won’t make huge paychecks right off the bat, you have to build up a base of regulars. Don’t worry though, you will get regulars fairly quickly and before you know it you will be thrilled with what you make. Just blog and vote and make sure to answer emails and most importantly, answer every call you can. I did research on all the companies I applied too. I suggest doing this, because if a company has a lot of bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau from both clients and girls who have worked there, you should not apply. WBMT was the first to hire me after I narrowed my application process down to three companies. I was very lucky, because longevity in this business requires a good company. I was new to this business 6 years ago. I love working here because I have a complicated life. I needed to work at home and design my own hours. Working for WBMT may require more work than many other companies, but the pay is better. The PSO jobs that require nothing from you take most of your money. WBMT lets you decide how much you want to earn up to $1.10 a minute of your talk time. Obviously, the more you work, the harder you work, the more per minute you can earn. I wouldn’t be at a company this long if one the money was not great and two if the company was not better.

The World of PSO Jobs

pso jobsIf you are looking to join the world of PSO jobs, then you have found the best place that you could ever find. I have been a PSO off and on; mostly on; for thirteen years.  I have worked at horrible companies where pay was late, or not even received, or the pay was low for the amount of work that needed to be done. I have to say that working here at WBMT has been amazing.  The women I work with are amazing.  They are always willing to step up and help if needed.  It is indeed a family, one in which every one looks out for every one else.  There is a massive amount of support given for all aspects of this job, as well as home life issues that may come up.  We all get along, there is no drama what so ever, there is no infighting either.  We are a Sisterhood. The pay is fantastic, but as in all PSO jobs it is what you make it.  If you only do the minimum then your pay will reflect that, the more effort you put in, the more money will be in your pay.  There are so many ways to make money, blogging, advertising, contests, the list goes on and on. It doesn’t matter if you have experience or not, you will have in dept training which lasts two weeks.  It covers everything from top to bottom.  However, it is broken down into manageable chunks so that you will not feel over whelmed.  If you haven’t decided yet, take a day or two to think about it, do your research.  I think you will find that we have the best company in the business and I would encourage you to apply if you are looking for a place that will value your hard work and appreciate you as a person.

I can blog as little or as much as I want and see my pay scale change. If you are a harder worker, you can make easily over $500 a week here.  I love having freedom and flexibility at a job.
