    Sure there are many companies out there for phone chat jobs, but not all are the same. I spent years with another company before I found WBMT, and let me say this company is the fairest. We are like family here and support one another in doing the best they can. With this company comes a responsibility of being responsible and consistent. This is a real job and you need put the effort in to get out anything. Blogging is a huge part of drawing in the callers so consistency is ideal. You have hours that you have committed to, it’s your responsibility to show up ready and able to work. A stable internet and a landline home telephone are a must and really still less than a commute somewhere! I love this job and the company is top notch.  If you need a reliable income and are able to commit to 40 or more hrs a week, then you should give us a try. The effort and work you put forth in this company really shows in your weekly checks and anything is possible in the amount you make, it’s all dependent on you. I won’t sugar coat this job as it is a job, but if you are willing to work then it will work for you.

    PSO jobs can make all the difference in your life. Trust me, I know. I found myself in a bad situation. I got divorced and suddenly found myself broke. I had been a housewife for decades. I was not qualified for much. Suddenly I needed a job, but I wasn’t qualified for anything but fast food or retail. Personally, I would rather work the extra hours and blog more per day to make the most I can per minute of my talk time. Committing to a schedule I design from week to week, working 60 hours a week and blogging daily can make me $1.10 a minute. That is unheard of in this industry. Most companies may give you $1.05 a minute on your talk time, but that is only if you make over 1000 minutes a week. There are companies that require no work other than answering your phone, but many of those take half or more of your money. You should work at a company that lets you design your own schedule and pays you top dollar. Plus, we are treated well here at WBMT. This is a great company with no drama. I have been a PSO off and on; mostly on; for thirteen years.  I have worked at horrible companies where pay was late, or not even received, or the pay was low for the amount of work that needed to be done. I have to say that working here at WBMT has been amazing.  The women I work with are amazing.  They are always willing to step up and help if needed.  It is indeed a family, one in which every one looks out for every one else.  There is a massive amount of support given for all aspects of this job, as well as home life issues that may come up.  We all get along, there is no drama what so ever, there is no infighting either.  We are a Sisterhood. The pay is fantastic, but as in all PSO jobs it is what you make it.  If you only do the minimum then your pay will reflect that, the more effort you put in, the more money will be in your pay.  There are so many ways to make money, blogging, advertising, contests, the list goes on and on. It doesn’t matter if you have experience or not, you will have in dept training which lasts two weeks.  It covers everything from top to bottom.  However, it is broken down into manageable chunks so that you will not feel over whelmed.  If you haven’t decided yet, take a day or two to think about it, do your research.  I think you will find that we have the best company in the business and I would encourage you to apply if you are looking for a place that will value your hard work and appreciate you as a person.
