This can be a catty, competitive industry. However, we feel like a small family. Girls help each other. Girls are friendly. And that is juts something I never had at any of my prior companies.

WBMT is likely structured differently than most companies. And that is a good thing. But only a good thing if you can handle the rules and work load here. We require more blogging in a week than most companies. But blogging makes our phones ring. And boy do they ring. Our call volume is good. And you want that in a phone sex company. Phone sex companies that require nothing from you have low pay rates and low call volume.

WBMT pays a livable income. However, we all bust our butts to make great money. And honestly, I never made the kind of money anywhere else that I make here. Blogging does not bother me. But it takes time to build up your paycheck. I was here a few months before I started making what I would call decent money. Now after several years here, I make on average $1800 a week. Some weeks over $2,000. But I hustle. I blog daily. I post my blogs at the start of my shift instead of the end of it. And I work more than I am schedule.

Here you can work 30, 40, 50 or 60 hours a week. And the more hours you commit to in a week, the higher your pay rate per minute. WBMT pays above the standard. But here, we are paid based on effort not minutes. Most companies do not pay $1.10 a minute which is our max pay rate. The average in this industry is sadly like 70 cents a minute. With some companies as low as 15 cents a minute. No one can earn a leaving that low of pay rate.

But I needed to see my kids too so I thought an at home job might be the best option. And it was. In between calls, I could cook for my kids and help with homework. And before long, I quit my day job. Although I lost benefits and I needed to pay my own taxes, I had more money and far less stress. I work around my kids school and sleep schedules. I do work hard for this job, but I am not on my feet all day exposed to germs or stress. Plus, I get more time with my kids. And I can do more fun stuff with them too.

The vet told me to do my blogs before my shift, so I had them ready to publish at the start of my shift instead of the end of my shift like I had been doing. And when I did that, my paychecks grew. And kept on growing. Now that I learned how to work hard for this company, I can live. For once, I can pay all my bills and have something extra.
