I thought that women did this sort of work because they were not smart enough for other jobs. Or they were lazy. And I even thought maybe they were just kinky sluts. But I was wrong on all fronts.

A major curve ball forced me to think about surviving over my morality. And I told myself I would just do it until I landed on my feet. No one would ever know what I did to support myself. But that was 7 years ago. I am still here. Let me tell you why. One, I quickly found that this industry is made up mostly of women like me who went to college or had careers, but life tossed them lemons. So, they made lemonade.

And I learned that women work hard at WBMT. They hustle daily because they have bills to pay and mouths to feed like me. And I learned this feels like a family. A family of hot, smart, hardworking, fun and sometimes kinky women. I love my work family. They helped me learn the ropes as we will you. And they changed my views of phone sex operators. I can tell you if you have never done phone sex before, you might think like I did, but that is all wrong.

At Home Phone Operator Jobs Should Pay You Half

But let me explain something that I wish someone had told me once upon a time. The pay in this industry varies greatly. You can make anywhere from 20 cents a minute on your talk time to over $1.00 a minute on it.

Lots of factors are involved in the pay disparity. A dispatch company pays its contractors less because they pay for a middle person too. Now, some companies just want most of the profit. And those companies usually pay less than half of the talk time you earned. Say you a completed a 10 min call for $20. At my company, I earn anywhere from $1.00 to $1.10 a minute which is more than half. But at a company that’s greedy you may earn only 60 cents a minute while the company makes $1.40 a minute on your talk time.

You want to be at a company that pays you at least half. Now companies like ours do require blogging and set schedules. Generally speaking, the more you make, the more requirements. But personally, I do not mind a little hard work if it makes me more money. Do not settle for less. Join our team.

Phone Chat Jobs are Plentiful

phone chat jobsPhone chat jobs are plentiful. However, only a handful pay you a livable wage. And WBMT is one of the better companies out there for many reasons. One is the pay. Most companies pay everyone the same rate. And they only give a pay incentive based on minutes earned in the week. But WBMT does it differently. What matters more than minutes is effort. So, we get a pay bump for committing to more hours to work in a week and blogging 5 days out of the week.

Anyone can make up to a $1.10 a minute here. But to make the high end of pay you must commit to 50 hours in the week. Work an additional 10 hours for a total of 60 hours. You need to blog 3 times a day over 5 days for a total of 15 blogs. And you need to work at least 10 hours on the weekend. Plus, do 3 social media posts. It may seem like a lot, but it gets easier to churn out blogs the longer you work here.

Most girls work 40 hours for $1.00 a minute, and that’s fine too. You have flexibility each week. You can work as little as 30 hours a week or you can work 60 plus hours. Just understand, the more you work the more you earn.

At Home Phone Operator Jobs are So Much Fun

at home phone operator jobsWorking here is so much fun. I love the pay, and the flexible hours. Excellent rate of pay for paid training. And training that is fun and engaging. If you want to talk on the phone and tell your dirty sex fantasies, then this is the perfect job for you. If you have a sexy voice and  confidence, then do not hesitate to apply. But you must be a hard worker. The callers are pretty straight forward with what they want. Think of yourself as their fantasy girl.

Some guys unfortunately play around on the phone, but that’s ok. Just don’t be rude. And just know you will get a serious caller just be patient. Very exciting work environment. If you are a team player then you will do great here and fit in too. Management is very helpful and there when you need them, which is very nice. 10 out of 10 working experience for me so far.

Girls in chat are nice and helpful. And they help with any questions you may have. But you should be there for them as well. No one way street. Have fun and be yourself. And don’t be shy. Trust me the clients are not. They are very free spirited, and you should be able to navigate that.

phone chat jobsOur phone chat jobs are the best. Honestly, I’ve been in this business since college. That was ten years ago. I have a day job. The one I went to college for, and I love that job. But I make more doing phone sex part time than I do my other job full-time. I could not give up this job. I got addicted to the money which is easy to do. We hire girls who can work 30, 40 and 50 hours a week. Since I work from home with PSO work, its easier to work more because you can multitask and cook and clean while working.

I love this job. So, I doubt I will ever completely give it up. The money I make here lets me travel and pay down my student loans. Most girls work here full-time. And if I had not worked hard in college, I would too. But I feel like I should at least use my expensive education for a while. It does not matter if you have a degree or not. No degree required to work here. You just need a computer, a cell, fast Internet and a quiet place to work.

And you need to blog and have good record keeping skills. But if you can blog you can make money. The more you work, the more you make. Try us out even if you have another job like I do.  Maybe you will end of quitting your job and doing phone sex full time like other girls.

But they paid pennies on my talk time. And they over hired. I could never make any money. Or at least not enough money to support myself on. So, I searched around and found this hiring site for WBMT.

I thought about what I had to lose. Nothing. Could not be worse than I was making already. So, when WBMT hired me, I kept my old job and did part time at both. But I quickly ditched my other company because I could see the earning potential here from the get-go.  Even while I trained here and did not make as much as I do now, I still made more money here.

No two phone sex companies operate the same. I worked at a dispatch company. That’s why I did not make as much money. A middle person took some of my profit. That’s not an issue here. We are a direct dial company. That means you process the caller’s credit card. And there is no middle person to take some of your profit.

This is a blog focused company. So, to make money you need to blog. Most dispatch companies require very little. But direct dial companies require more work. However, the more work the better the pay. And I once I realized that I did not mind the extra work. You will not either.

But none made me the kind of money I do at WBMT. Most of them were decent in the way they treated me and paid me. However, I just did not make a wage I could live on. But back then I did not know better. I thought phone sex gigs were all the same.

There are differences between them. And the ones that require more work pay more money on your talk time. Plus, they have higher call volume. Both are key to making a decent living. And I mean a living that’s more than paycheck to paycheck. I languished at phone sex companies for 20 years before I learned I could make over a $1000 a week with some effort like blogging.

And I will admit, blogging scared me at first. None of my other companies required blogging. At least not daily blogging. But soon I saw the link between blogging and better paychecks. And once you see that you get motivated quickly to make more money. So, if you think you make a livable wage, check us out. You can start part-time like I did, and slowly move to full-time when you realize you can make more money at one company than working at 2 different places.

And we require blogging, likely more blogging than many PSO companies. But if you can keep an open mind about taboo topics and produce a few original blogs a day, you can make great money from home.

This is fantasy phone sex. And we believe you cannot sensor the mind. Or should not senor the mind. But the way to deal with topics you might not be comfortable with is to frame it in a fantasy context. Guys need to feel like they are not judged when they call us. But for them the extreme stuff, the taboo stuff is fantasy. And it is a way to blow off steam. Guys will try to shock you. However, they are bullshitting us most of the time.

But it is not all taboo topics. We get GFE guys and fetish guys too. This job requires a lot of work and an open mind. The way you get callers to call back is your open mind. And the way you get them to call in the first place is to blog. But if you can blog and you can keep an open mind, you can make a really good living from home.

phone chat jobsPhone chat jobs are great jobs to have. And we have all sorts of women at WBMT. Single moms. College girls. Women with health issues. Retired women still wanting some income. And we have women 18-65 working here. A variety of races too.

But it does not matter why you want to work from home. Phone sex is the best job you can have from home outside of jobs that required a lot of education maybe. But I am not even sure about that. I went to college. And I have a Ph.D. When I got Lupus, I needed to rethink teaching college. Sure, I lost my benefits, but I make better money at WBMT. Sad that I am not using my college education. But I love working from home. I set my own hours. And I stay healthier.

But this type of job is what you make of it. The more hours you work in a week, the more money you make. And the more blogs you produce in a week, the more money you make too. And this is not rocket science. You are trained how to be a good phone sex worker here. And if you put in the work you will not only survive but you will thrive.

At home phone operator jobs At home phone operator jobs require work. And I will be honest about WBMT. They require more blogging than any other company I have worked for in the past. But the work is worth it because I never made this kind of money at any PSO company before. So, if you like money but do not like blogging think of it differently. Think about blogging as the way to make money.

At my previous 4 companies, I never lasted much past a year because the money sucked. No one made over $1000 a week. And that’s pretty easy to do here if you consistently blog and put in the time to build your client base. I consider WBMT to be a more elite PSO job. They do not hire as many women as some companies do. This gives us all a good shot at making money.

And everyone can make decent money here. But only if they blog and show up for their shifts. I was about to give up on phone sex until I found WBMT. Now, I have been here for over 10 years. No one stays that long at a PSO company where they are not making any money. So, if blogging and set schedules do not scare you, start making money with us.
