The amount of money you earn on your talk time is based on your effort. At most companies it is based on your minutes. In the phone sex world you are paid based on how many minutes you make in a week. Most companies pay pennies on your talk time, taking more than half of the per minute rate. Not at WBMT. You are paid based on your effort. The number of hours you work in a week and commit to in a weekly schedule and the number of days you blog in a week determine how much you can earn on your talk time. You can make 20 cents a minute and do absolutely nothing but answer your phone. You can make up to a $1.10 a minute however working 60 hours a week, committing to 50, and writing 15 blogs a week over 5 days. I do not recommend being lazy here because you will not make any money. This is not a company for lazy girls. This is a company for girls who do not mind hustling for their minutes because when they hustle, they payout is great.

Phone sex jobs are plentiful these days. Post COVID, a lot more phone sex companies popped up. Here is the warning that I wished some one would have told me when I was first applying for phone jobs. I had three jobs prior to landing at WBMT where I have been for over a year now. All three of the companies I worked at were new. They looked nice. They talked a mean game, but all three had been in business less than two years. One company was taking our hard-earned money. They never paid any of us. They were not legitimate at all, but they sure looked legitimate. The other two companies were a nightmare too. One lost it’s credit card processor for violating terms of service, and they could never get another one. The last one just did not know what the fuck they were doing. They bounced paychecks. They had all sorts of site issues that made it almost impossible to work effectively. I almost abandoned phone sex all together, then a vet in the business told me to only work for companies who have been in business for two years or more because those companies have worked the kinks out. When I joined WBMT they had been in business almost 9 years. Now, they have been in business for almost 11 years. They are a well-oiled machine. Many girls have been here for almost that entire time. If you are thinking about phone chat jobs, look no further. I know this is a great company. I have been here almost 10 years. It is the longest I have ever been at a job too. At WBMT, you set your own hours. You do need to commit to at least 40 hours a week, however. And we have a weekend hour commitment too. The more hours you work though the more you can make. It is easier to work more than 40 hours when you are working from home. Plus, at home you can take care of other things too like laundry and cleaning. You can earn up to $1.10 a minute on your talk time by committing to 50 hours a week and blogging daily five times a week. Most other companies pay you less than half of your talk time. Some you can make a $1 a minute, but it is rare to make more than that. At this company, what you make per minute depends on how much you blog and how many hours you work. The more hours you work up to 60 hours a week and the more you blog up to 15 blogs a week, the more you earn per minute of your talk time. You can even be lazy here and make twenty cents a minute on your talk by not committing to any hours per week and not blogging at all. I do not recommend that though. We are not a company for lazy girls. We work our asses off here so we can make bank. If you are not afraid to work hard, apply now.
