I love my job! Phone sex isn’t something I thought would last for me. I am young and not very experienced with life let alone with sex. Once I started blogging more than 10 blogs a week I saw a increase in my paychecks. I get paid for working hard. You can make a little bit of money hanging off of everyone else’s skirt tails but if you want real good paycheck the more you blog the more men see you. To really make money you need to be awake and sounding sexy. You also need to blog like crazy. This is a fun and taboo job to have, but this is a job and a serious company. We have the best owner and manager ever. I work hard to make myself money and to make my company money. I am 25 a newly wed and we are now a 2 car family. I work from home and I am able to keep up with my house cleaning. My husband leave’s to work and I have all day to get what I need done for work. These past few weeks have been hard for me at personally. Because my blogging slipped my checks showed that. This job can be consistent, or you can make just enough to get by. I like making money and I like making as much as I can. That means busting my ass on my own blogs. Writing and decorating pictures. The more I write and blog the more men see my girl on the main page. That means my blogs are being read and men will be calling. This job will not work well for you if you just sit there. You will get a pay check but a small one. When you work your ass off and blog you could pay all of your bills with one paycheck. I hope to see another money hungry girl like me! My job as a pso!
I absolutely love my job as a Phone Sex Operator with WBMT. The ladies I work with are very nice and helpful. It is not like other companies I have heard about where there is a lot of back stabbing. We have great management and great women. This is my first job as a PSO and everyone has helped me learn how to be successful, from the management to other regular PSO operators. The other operators have a vast amount of knowledge with various levels of experience. I get to work from home in my PJs or whatever I want to wear. When I am not on a call, I have the freedom to do other things at home that need to be done, including spending time with my family, cleaning (yuck) or whatever else I need to get accomplished. I love the way we have the ability to make more or less money based on how hard we work. In addition to our ability to influence our per minute pay, we also earn bonuses frequently by participating in contests.
With all that being said, my job is not perfect. We do work hard. You must blog constantly in order to promote your characters. More blogging means more calls. Blogging is also how we influence our per minute pay. There are tiers set that we must meet or surpass in order to make the highest maximum per minute amount. Sometimes, I get tired of blogging, but it is a requirement of the job. It is a must-do in order to be successful. We also work long hours. To do this job, you must be able to commit to a full time schedule just like a regular full time job.This is not a log in whenever you want to company. There is an ability to make very good money with this company, but you must be willing to put in the time and effort to make it. It will not be handed to you. As great as our management is, the money you make ultimately rests in your hands
Commute Time…
Why do I like being a phone sex operator? Well the fact that my “super long” commute is from my bed to my living room has a lot to do with it. I don’t get stuck in traffic ever and honestly the fact that I can work in my pajamas doesn’t hurt either you know what I mean? This job is a great way to be creative too, not just on calls but on blogs as well and trust me, the more blogs you write, the more calls you will get. Guys read our blog pages every single day and they call girls based on those blogs so if you don’t put in the effort to blog you won’t get as many calls. Plus your pay rate per minute goes up the more you blog too so I really can’t stress enough how important blogs really are, you don’t want to make 50 cents a minute if you could be making $1.05 a minute right? By far the best part of this job though is the fact that we are truly family here, we lean on each other when we need to and there is absolutely no bullshit cattiness here. In fact if you talk shit about your co-workers and act like a selfish catty bitch here you can be fired! Our bosses do not tolerate that kind of shit and if you have ever worked in this type of job before you know as well as I do the enormous amounts of catty backstabbing bullshit that goes on in other companies. Here we help each other, we listen to each others problems and we help each other like real family should. I have never worked for another company like this before and that’s because there really isn’t another company out there like us!

This morning I woke up to a perfectly clean home with everything in it’s proper place. I took my dog on a walk. Feed all of my animals. My husband woke up and made breakfast as I made coffee and got my day started. As I sat down at my desk and logged into work I had a smile on my face. Yesterday was my day off and I got just about all of my things done for the week yesterday. I won’t have any distractions this week. Even though I was so busy yesterday I am happy to log into work. I work for a great company with some amazing women. It also helps that I love my job. Phone sex is not as easy as you would think. I am sitting at my desk with some music playing while I write and my dog is next to me in her bed and my cats are sleeping on my husbands desk. I could not be happy to be home and working. I work hard for the money I make. I blog as much as I can during the week and I answer every call with a smile on my face. I am always happy when the phone rings. I love my job! As a 25 year old in a very small town there is not a lot of work around here. What I do have is decent internet connection and a home phone.
