Why do I like being a phone sex operator? Well the fact that my “super long” commute is from my bed to my living room has a lot to do with it. I don’t get stuck in traffic ever and honestly the fact that I can work in my pajamas doesn’t hurt either you know what I mean? This job is a great way to be creative too, not just on calls but on blogs as well and trust me, the more blogs you write, the more calls you will get. Guys read our blog pages every single day and they call girls based on those blogs so if you don’t put in the effort to blog you won’t get as many calls. Plus your pay rate per minute goes up the more you blog too so I really can’t stress enough how important blogs really are, you don’t want to make 50 cents a minute if you could be making $1.05 a minute right? By far the best part of this job though is the fact that we are truly family here, we lean on each other when we need to and there is absolutely no bullshit cattiness here. In fact if you talk shit about your co-workers and act like a selfish catty bitch here you can be fired! Our bosses do not tolerate that kind of shit and if you have ever worked in this type of job before you know as well as I do the enormous amounts of catty backstabbing bullshit that goes on in other companies. Here we help each other, we listen to each others problems and we help each other like real family should. I have never worked for another company like this before and that’s because there really isn’t another company out there like us!

Phone chat jobs are a great way to earn money from the comfort of your home. Honestly, I never thought about being a phone sex operator until my health took a downward spiral and I could not handle the stress of the white collar job market.  I am college educated with more than a decade of work in the white collar sector, so I never even considered phone sex as a legitimate way to make money. I work hard to make that phone ring and keep it ringing. But unlike many phone sex companies that toss you into the ring and let you figure out how to win at this game, the wonderful ladies who run this company offer extensive training on how to be successful as a PSO. They provide you with the tools and knowledge of how to make money in this industry. Now I don’t want to make it sound like a cake walk because it is not. You don’t get training then immediately start making money. You need to apply what you have learned and build on it. Phone sex is not for the non motivated. I am constantly honing my craft through research on different topics and fetishes. I am blogging when the phone doesn’t ring. Blogging is the number one way to unlock the door to earning good money in this business. The more you blog, the more your phone rings. I lucked out with this job.  I tried a few other self employment jobs like pet sitting that just didn’t earn me what I needed to survive. I don’t just survive here at WBMTT, I thrive. You can too if you are self motivated, willing to work hard and be a team player.
