Being a PSO is NOT what you think. You dont get to lay around waiting for the money to roll in. You dont have to just moan on a phone and get paid. It is not like that at all. You have to work. You have to blog. A lot! You have to be available a lot work your shifts. Decorate your pictures. Be creative and sexy and flirty. You have to do paperwork and take great notes There is a lot in this job. And the more you work. The more you make. The content is hard. The job is HARD. But the pay is good. And the job is great. The people I work with are my friends. We laugh and share everything. I love my job. And I work hard for it! If you are looking for a REAL JOB. Then this is a good job.

Phone Sex Operator!

I am a phone sex operator and I fucking love my job. My job is far from normal and that fits me. I work hard and I am paid for the amount of work I put in. This job is not for everyone. We hear some things that will make your skin crawl but you are like a therapist to the men who call you. Not every call is about sex, some men just want someone to listen to them. They want to make you laugh and smile. I love my job. When I started doing phone sex I honestly did not think I would last long. I never done it before and they only sexy talk I had any experience with was during personal moments. Which does not compare to the things I am paid to say. A year and a half later I am still doing phone sex. My bills are paid every month and before they are even due. I am 25 years old and I am working on being debt free soon. My fiance and I are planning on buying a new car on our honeymoon. We are set right now and its  because I do phone sex. I am not sure what the future holds for me, but I do know I will be doing phone sex for a while. I blog everyday, I work on my days off. I enjoy my job and most people my age can not say that. I work from home, but I treat it as if I go to the office. No one comes over while I work. My fiance gives me space to work. And when I am tired of looking at the computer screen, I go do laundry and clean my house. I honest to god love my job. We work together and help each other when ever we need it. Know one really knows what it is like to be a phone sex operator unless you have done it. Everyone assumes it is just moaning and pretending you are having sex. But that is not the case. Not at all. This is a real job. You have to do real work to maintain your job. And the more work you do the more money you make. I use to work at walmart. And it was the hardest job I have ever had as a stocker. I make far more money than I ever could at wally world. But I do work for it. What I love best about being a PSO is that I control how much money I make. If I need extra cash I log in more and put out more blogs. each blog is an advertisement for myself and more blogs means more calls. Period.  I love the control I have over my income! I love I work for myself not someone else. Is it an easy job? NO But the job itself is entry level. Anyone who wants to make money can be a pso. You just have to realize it is a phone acting JOB. And treat it like that. I love my job. I will never go back. And I have worked at a few companies. BUT WBMT is by FAR the best company I have ever worked at.

Why I love my Job

It took me a long time to be where I am today. I started this job for extra money. I went full time a few months after starting and over a year later I am so happy I took this step. This job is not easy, its not just waiting for calls. If you are looking into doing something different and from home know that this job is not for a slacker. I work 65 plus hours a week. I write blogs constantly. We write blogs to get our girls on the top of the page daily. Every ounce of work you put into your job you get paid for. The more you blog the more calls you will get. I am 25 and I  make more money than most of my friends. I work from home and I enjoy it every single day. I wake up happy to log in and start working. My boss and my coworkers are amazing. This job is not for everyone and we know that. When I first started I was scared, not sure I was going to work out. I did not pull my weight and my paychecks showed it. As of right now my future husband and I have paid off our wedding, we are fixing up our car as well as planning on buying a new one. I enjoy my job and the money I make because I work hard is showing. Our company is amazing. We all have a chance to meet in person! Our company vacation is coming up. I have been able to pay for vacation and buy a plane ticket. I am so excited to see the women who have helped me with personal struggles, helped me emotionally and mentally. We are a big family here. We work hard together, we laugh and we cry together. If you are looking for a good company this is it.

Being a PSO

I have been a PSO for several years. I have tried many companies out there. And they are NOT all the same. I can honestly say that WBMT is the BEST company I have ever worked for. I have been here almost 3 years. I get paid every week. I like the girls I work with. We have a company chat room and there is NO cattiness or ugliness allowed. It is a great work environment. We have a great boss.  I use to work for wally world. It was a terrible job. I hated it. My bosses were rude. The pay was terrible and the work was super hard.  At WBMT I have the ability to make good money. More than double what I use to make.  And all I have to do is log in and blog a lot. Let me tell you. Blogging in the comfort of my home with a movie on in the back ground is so much better than stocking the grocery section of wally world.  PLUS I make make so much more money. The key to being a Phone sex operator is blogging and being logged into work. It is simple. The blogs advertise you to potential callers. And being logged in means you are available when the guys call. If you dont want to blogs or you only want to work 2 or 3 hours a day. This is NOT the job for you. If you are one of those people who are willing to work to make money. This is the perfect job for you. I am the sole provider for my family. And this is the ONLY job I have. I am not some super PSO. I don’t have the best voice ever. I just stay logged in and blog. It is that simple.

Phone sex jobs are a fun way to earn money in the comfort of your own home. Phone sex operator jobs are not for a person who is not open minded and dedicated to work. Contrary to popular belief, there is more to making money in this industry then just sitting back and waiting for the phone to ring. There are so many PSO jobs out there that deciding if a company is right for you takes a little research and sometimes trial and error. The girls that work here are equally supportive. We have no drama, and we aren’t cut throat. There are enough clients to go around and we all help each other succeed. I have been here for three years now and would not work any where else, ever again. Now that I have told you how  great the bosses and employees are and a little about the atmosphere you can expect here. Let me explain my earlier statement “there is more to being a PSO then just answering the phone.” Just like any other business you have to advertise your merchandise, and that merchandise is you and your sexy, wild imagination. The thing that will have your clients cumming back for more! You do this by blogging or writing stories that will entice our clients to call you. You create a virtual world that the client wants to be a part of, needs to be a part of. With the support of everyone at this company you will not only learn the ins and outs of blogging but you will have all the support you need to excel at it! The next thing you need to realize is that just like any other business, the more time you put in, the more money you make. If you had a restaurant and were only opened a few days a week for a few hours, you aren’t going to make any money. The same is true here. And finally you need to be willing to be reliable. Just like any other job if your can’t be here when your supposed to, someone else has to be. Our clients need us and we need them. Why I love being a Phone sex Operator

When I first started doing phone sex I thought things would be so easy. I could hang out watch tv and be lazy. That is not how this works. If you are looking to do Phone sex know that it is more than answering phones. I write blogs on every day to get my girls on the site. I not only blog but I edit pictures of my characters. When I answer the phone I am happy, cheerful, sexy and ready to please my caller. I love working from home but you need to realize that you are working. Having friends come over and visiting while you are working is not a good idea. Yes I  work from home and I could totally have people come over but I wouldn’t have friends coming over to a different job. It is my job and I respect my job. I have my own office where I work. I do take breaks during my day to clean up around the house. The more time I spent logged in the better chances I get to have a call. The more blogs I do means more calls I get. You have to be able to shut things out and focus on your job. Always have your phone by you so you can answer it! We do have guys who call just to tell you how hot you are. It wastes time but they saw your post. That means you are getting views! They might have wasted your time today but tomorrow they could be a new caller. Always be nice and sexy, your pictures plus your voice will make them think about you all day! You want to work hard at this, put in effort! You are able to make a ton of money doing phone sex! The Best phone Company Ever!

Being an adult is hard! As a mother of 2 I found myself in that endless cycle of working, putting my kids to bed and getting back up to do it all again. My employeer did not appreciate me and my children did nothing but miss me. On top of that it seemed like everytime I turned around my boyfriend was loosing his job, making my tiny paycheck our main source of income. When we did both work it was like an entire person’s money went to paying for childcare and gas! So when I got sick and was unable to return to work you could imagine we were hurting pretty bad. That is when my boyfriend watched this movie about some phone sex operators who make their own company and suggest I look it up. A quick search on google for PSO Jobs and I found myself diving head deep into a giant well of information. Not only was phone sex still around (which I thought it was dinosaur aged), but it was a thriving industry. So after a little bit more research I put in tons of applications. I had a few interviews and then this company found me. I was torn and decided to pick WBMT LLC as my first phone sex operator company. The owner was honest from the beginning, it takes time to build up clients. You have to work when your at work. It is more then just moaning and groaning on the phone. It is being able to tell a story. Paint a picture for our clients needs, the majority which are pretty cool. It is no taboo, like real no taboo. I did not know if I could handle that at first, but I did just fine. Now, I have moved into a bigger house and can afford the bills without struggling for my whole family, all four of us, and I don’t need any outside help. This is an amazing company and I am thankful for all that they have taught me. I will forever be grateful for the career opportunity they provided me with.

Looking for phone sex jobs?  I really got lucky last year when I started  searching for work at home jobs.  I got diagnosed with a chronic health condition several years ago, which was making it hard for me to maintain a 9-5 job.  I had missed a lot of work, I was behind in all my bills, my checking account was over drawn and my cell was about to be turned off. I needed a work from home job that paid well.  When I Googled at home opportunities, phone sex came up as the number one job for women. I had a roommate once who was a PSO, and she made good money. That was years ago, however.  I knew the industry had changed. Many more phone sex companies around now, so I did my research.  Not all phone sex companies are created equally. The rest is history.

Now, I can’t imagine working for any other company. I set my own hours; I have the ability to earn money not just through calls but through blogging and contests  too. I work in a drama free environment for a female owned and operated company. In between calls, my time can be spent anyway I please: video games, cleaning, blogging, watching TV, having sex with my boyfriend, reading….

I’m an educated woman. The stereotype of a PSO is of a lazy woman who cannot do anything else because she is pretty but not smart. Smart women recognize that a well paying work at home job is the best choice she could make.  I can travel, go to concerts, pay my bills, eat out and buy myself new clothes and Starbucks daily.  I work from my home in comfy clothes. I have zero drama to contend with at work. I have a female boss who has her employees’  back. And, the best part,  I have unlimited earning potential. If you want a great job where you can make great money, look no further. I am in my forties, and being a phone sex operator is the best job I have ever had. I have to say I am extremely glad I came across this company. I spent a week researching PSO jobs and how to be a phone sex operator. I was new to the industry and had no idea what company was going to be a good fit. I was worried about finding a “legit” company to work for where I could make money and there wouldn’t be integrity issues. I find myself incredibly blessed that I happened to find this company. I was immediately contacted and after the amazing owner talked to me, I was given the job opportunity. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect or if I would be good at this. I was reassured and guided the whole way through. When I was nervous and had questions, I was immediately answered and helped. Everyone here is really like family and extremely welcoming. They help each other and work as a team. This is a job where you can make awesome money if you are a hard worker. You have to put in a lot of time and effort. But truthfully if you have ever had a w2 job that worked outside of your home, it can not even compare. I can honestly say this is the best opportunity in the world. I was someone who would work non-stop busting my butt. I would wake up at 4:30am and have to be at work by 5:30am and I wouldn’t get off until 9pm, If I was lucky. I was never home to clean, take care of myself, or see my husband. This job has made my life, so much more enjoyable. One thing you can never get back in this world is time. I spend time now in the comfort of my own home and can juggle whatever I have going on here. This is a job where you have complete control over how much money you make. You have to blog and you have to invest in this job(like any job). I worked in customer service, sales, child care, and administration jobs and this is by far the best job.  Other companies take money away from you that you make, don’t help their employees, and really some don’t even pay on time. I can honestly say working here I have not had to endure the horror experiences I read about online from how other companies treat their employees. Most people are not happy with their job or have to work really hard making ends meet. I am blessed to be part of this team. This is a job full of opportunities that don’t benefit solely one person. They pay on time, they care about you and help you, and you will actually get to have a life while making good money. You will love this company!
