PSO jobs are not hard to find. But let me caution you on something. They are not all the same. The pay scale can vary greatly. The hours you’re required to work vary greatly. And so can the types of companies vary too.

Even though you are responsible for collecting the credit card information and processing the charge on the credit card, you will make more per minute at this type of company because there is no middle person to pay. We train you on how to collect sensitive information, store and process credit cards. And we are legitimate company so there are checks and balances in place to make sure clients aren’t being over billed or under billed.
Our pay scale is designed a lot differently too. Most companies just have a set rate per minute on your talk time. And all contractors get paid the same amount on their talk time. Here we do it as a scale. It’s not tied to how many minutes you make. It’s not tied to how long you’ve been here. It’s simply tied to how hard you work. If you work 60 hours a week with 10 hours on the weekend and you blog three times a day over five days in that week, you can earn up to $1.10 a minute on your talk time. I think the average pay for a non-dispatch company is $.80 a minute. Those pennies add up. At dispatch companies you’ll make far less.
