Adult phone operator jobs are not for everyone, especially ours. Having been at a few other phone sex companies before I landed here last year, I know that WBMT requires more work. But hear me out. The payoff is a bigger paycheck. Even when I was training here and not making full pay yet, I still made more money in one week than I ever did in any week at any of my other phone sex companies. So, I do not mind the extra work here because it pays off.

But this company expects you to blog at least 5 days a week. We are an SEO driven company. The way our phone rings is when guys do certain keyword searches on the Internet like phone sex or teen phone sex. Many phone companies do not require blogging. But those companies pay less on your talk time than here. Most companies pay woman less than half of what they charge per minute on their calls.

At WBMT you can earn up to $1.10 a minute on your talk time. How much you earn is up to you. It is not based on minutes; it is based on effort. The more hours you work in a week and the more days you blog, the more money you earn. I love that I do not need to make like over 1,000 minutes in a week to get a bump in my pay rate. But at this company I almost always make over 1,000 minutes a week because the traffic is good.

But you need to blog and show up ready to make money when scheduled. If you want to earn a livable wage, you got to work for it. But it is easier to do that at a company like ours.

PSO Jobs Are Not All Alike

PSO jobs are not alike. I bounced around some from one phone sex company to another until I found one I could make serious money at. You would be surprised how little some big companies like US Love pay their operators. A direct dial company where there is no dispatcher and you run a client’s card for the charges, pays more money.

I earn $1.10 a minute on my talk time. At WBMT the pay scale is based on effort not how many minutes you make in a pay period. To make the highest amount here you need to work 60 hours a week and blog 3 times a day for at least 5 days. And 10 hours of your 60 hours must be on the weekends. We have girls here who make 90 cents a minute for 30 hours a week; girls who earn $1 a minute with 40 hours and week; and women who make $1.05 a minute on their talk time working 50 hours a week.

How many hours you want to work in a week is up to you. But the more you work, the more money you make. The nice thing about phone sex is you can work as much or as little as you want. And you can change it up week to week. I tend to work more like 40 hours in the summer when I want to go hiking and travel. And more in the winter when it’s too cold to leave the house.

Phone Sex Jobs are Great For Even Older Women

Phone sex jobs are great jobs for women 18 and older. At WBMT we have women from all walks of life and a variety of ages. I might be one of the oldest women here. I am in my 60s. I lost a job I had for 30 years when my company folded shortly after Covid shut down a lot of places. We were a small printing company that was teetering on the edge already.

At home phone operator jobs appear to be in higher demand since Covid. More women want to work from home. Some women even just want to have a job, any job because of this post Covid economy. Phone sex is the perfect at home job any woman can do. You just need a quiet place to work. I work when my kids are either at school or sleeping.

I am married, so I do have help with them, but they are at an age when they do not always follow directions. So, it is best that I do not work when they are home and awake, LOL. PSO Jobs Can Vary Greatly

PSO jobs can vary greatly. Usually, the less work required of a contractor, the less pay too. Direct dial companies like WBMT do often require set schedules that you design and daily blogging. The first PSO company I worked for required nothing. No blogging and no schedules. I just logged in whenever I wanted but I earned only pennies on my talk time. Initially, I thought that was the standard.

Then a friend who used to work with me went to WBMT and told me what a difference it was. I was never going to make anything but a couple hundred a week at that company, so I jumped ships. Although it was a learning curve for me, I feel like now I earn a livable wage. WBMT is great. They train you how to use their work programs. You need to have basic computer skills and good record-keeping skills here. We use Word Press for blogging and Google Docs for record-keeping.

I cannot believe I stayed at my last phone sex job as long as did when I was not making money. Never again. Now, I am willing to work harder so that I have enough money to live on and to enjoy life with too. If you are at PSO company where you make at max a couple hundred a week, ditch that place because you can make over a thousand a week at WBMT with some hard work and dedication.

Phone chat jobs can be lucrative for women who work hard. In this industry you need to do more than just show up and answer your phone. You need to blog and go that extra mile. I just had to find my way and understand the business. The more I blog, the more calls I get. Honestly, it is that simple.

I started blogging more than the minimum required per week. And I learned how to time blogs well. Like posting blogs at the start of my shift not the end of it. Once I understood how to make the real money, my paychecks soared. Any girl can make a couple hundred dollars a week doing this with no effort. But when you realize that with time and hard effort you can make over a grand a week, why would you settle for a couple hundred?

At home phone operator jobs rock. You get to work from home and set your own hours too. You have no commute to work and you can roll out of bed and start working. I love working from home. Before phone sex I worked fast food. Not many options for employment where I live. As I got older, standing on my feet all day long was not ideal, so I applied at WBMT.

And I have been here ever since. I love this kind of work. It is work though. You will need to blog daily at this company. Or at least the days you work. You are only paid when you do a call. That made me motivated to work hard so I could make good money here. Every week my paycheck grew. Now, I make about $1600 a week. Adult phone operator jobs allow women to support themselves and their families. There should be no shame in this kind of job. I have a husband and children. I was a stay-at-home mom, and my husband lost his job during covid. He is a restaurant manager. But he could not find a job during the shutdowns. And we needed more money to support ourselves.
