PSO job with WBMT

I have worked with WBMT for about 6 months now. This is also my first PSO job and I must say I love it. The best part of this job is the women I work with. The women I work with genuinely care about each other. I have heard there is a lot of backstabbing at other phone sex companies, but I have seen none of that at WBMT. The ladies support each other, often interjecting ideas about things to do to help each other make more money, so that each operator can be as successful  as they can be. More importantly, the ladies support each other emotionally. I have learned that working from home, people have a tendency to get reclusive and not socialize as much as in other jobs, but at WBMT, we are here for each other. Recently, I suffered a personal tragedy and the ladies at WBMT were there to support me, just as if they were my family. That’s because we are a type of family. We are all here to make money, but everyone, including management, remembers that we are people and we have pour ups and downs.
Other benefits to working as a PSO is that your income potential is unlimited. Your income is directly based on how much work you put into your job. Working as a PSO is not only about staying on the phone. You must market your characters in order to get those calls. The management gives us all the tools to use to market our characters, but they are tools you must use. If you choose not to put the work into it, you will not make as much money. It’s that simple. The job is fun most of the time. It is virtually stress free compared to other jobs I have worked. I am very happy in my job and I see myself staying with this company a very long time.

It’s a pretty good life!

I’m not telling you this is some easy job. It’s work. It’s not a get-rich-quick gimmick. But if you’re willing to put in some time and effort, this is truly your dream job.
The best part to me is the friendly crew and the great bosses. Working for other companies, I found that it’s a cut throat, dog eat dog business and there is often no joy to it.  Working here, you are able to form friendships with your co-workers thanks to a chat room where everyone is willing to help you. It feels like family and I find that when I’m away for long, I miss the camaraderie and warmth of my co-workers.
You must love to write and have a creative mind. Blogs are a major part of this job. If you hate writing, this is not the job for you. There is a minimum number of blogs required every week. Contests really help motivate us to step it up. You get back what you put into this job. Blogs are like personal ads to lure new customers in. Half-hearted poorly written blogs won’t cut it if you want to be successful.
Now for the good part. You get to work from home. You can hang your jammies if you like. Do some housework, grab a snack, or watch a movie, as long as you are there to answer every call. If you have a quiet and private space to work, a land line phone, a reliable internet service, and a computer that works, you are ready to work. You are trained thoroughly before you are allowed out on your own. The managers are helpful and patient. What more can you ask for?
Take it from me. I’m older and I’ve been in this business for a while. I’ve worked for some crappy companies where the pay ran late and no one cared. It’s not like that here. The managers work their tails off to communicate and get payroll done early. I couldn’t be happier. I love this place. I feel that I can honestly call this my “dream job.” You can too!!!

My Day

This morning I woke up to a perfectly clean home with everything in it’s proper place. I took my dog on a walk. Feed all of my animals. My husband woke up and made breakfast as I made coffee and got my day started. As I sat down at my desk and logged into work I had a smile on my face. Yesterday was my day off and I got just about all of my things done for the week yesterday. I won’t have any distractions this week. Even though I was so busy yesterday I am happy to log into work. I work for a great company with some amazing women. It also helps that I love my job. Phone sex is not as easy as you would think. I am sitting at my desk with some music playing while I write and my dog is next to me in her bed and my cats are sleeping on my husbands desk. I could not be happy to be home and working. I work hard for the money I make. I blog as much as I can during the week and I answer every call with a smile on my face. I am always happy when the phone rings. It could be someone just asking about how much it is, or it could be my first customer of the day. I believe in good customer service. I want my customers to call me again. I work hard to blog my characters and to keep up with my callers. I love my job. Everyday is new yet the same. Everyone wants to get off and I make sure I give my all in every call I have. I love hearing that phone ring, it sounds like money filling up my bank account. I love to write my blogs. Blogging is advertising yourself. The more you blog the more calls you will get! Phone sex job

I love my job! As a 25 year old in a very small town there is not a lot of work around here. What I do have is decent internet connection and a home phone. I looked and looked for a way to add income into my life. I was working one job and needed a second. I started working for this company and with in six months I was a full time phone sex operator. I love my job. I am 25 years old and I make a ton of money for my age. I pay all of my bills before they are do and I have money left over for fun. Now that being said, this job is not as easy as you would think. I work a ton which is a good thing! I write so many blogs for my charters to keep them up on the site and to keep men looking at my phone whores. It was totally weird at first, I didn’t grasp that I needed to put in more effort. Now I write 30 plus blogs a week, and I make money! I work hard and I work often. I get to work from home! Its so fun, I spend all day with my fur babies and I am so happy with how clean my house is. I enjoy the other women I work with. We all work hard together and help cover each other when someone needs to go out. We love each other and we support each other! I am loving my job so much! There are days when life has you down, but you are working with women who have been where you are and help you get focused on your job! My boss is amazing and so is my manager. I am so thankful to work from home and to enjoy my life!

I have been a pso for a few years. And Let me tell you, I have worked for some terrible companies! The drama and pay issues. Working your ass off to only make a tiny bit of pay. Those days are so far behind me. I love my job. There is no drama. I make more here than I have ever made at any other company. I am treated with respect and like everyone. I will NEVER leave! A PSO job is not easy. The content is hard. And we have to actually work your ass off. But I am working my ass off for ME! Not for anyone else. The harder I work the more I make. I get paid on time. I love the girls I work with. And we have so many perks! WBMT is the best company ever!

How to be a phone sex Operator

Phone sex jobs are a fun way to earn money in the comfort of your own home. Phone sex operator jobs are not for a person who is not open minded and dedicated to work. Contrary to popular belief, there is more to making money in this industry then just sitting back and waiting for the phone to ring. There are so many PSO jobs out there that deciding if a company is right for you takes a little research and sometimes trial and error. Just like any job there are good and bad companies out there and finding a good company is very important if you are new to the industry. I found that out the hard way. Fuckalicious has a couple of really great ladies at the helm. Both the owner and the manager are eager to help and give great guidance and advice, encouraging their employees to make as much money as possible. Not just because they want the company to be successful, but because they have worked at some of the not so good companies and they really care for their employees. The girls that work here are equally supportive. We have no drama, and we aren’t cut throat. There are enough clients to go around and we all help each other succeed. I have been here for three years now and would not work any where else, ever again. Now that I have told you how  great the bosses and employees are and a little about the atmosphere you can expect here. Let me explain my earlier statement “there is more to being a PSO then just answering the phone.” Just like any other business you have to advertise your merchandise, and that merchandise is you and your sexy, wild imagination. The thing that will have your clients cumming back for more! You do this by blogging or writing stories that will entice our clients to call you. You create a virtual world that the client wants to be a part of, needs to be a part of. With the support of everyone at this company you will not only learn the ins and outs of blogging but you will have all the support you need to excel at it! The next thing you need to realize is that just like any other business, the more time you put in, the more money you make. If you had a restaurant and were only opened a few days a week for a few hours, you aren’t going to make any money. The same is true here. And finally you need to be willing to be reliable. Just like any other job if your can’t be here when your supposed to, someone else has to be. Our clients need us and we need them. In closing if you think you have what it takes, if you love an easy going atmosphere, if you have an open mind, if you have a wild imagination, if your reliable, if you want to make money and you want to be a part of the best little PSO family in the industry, I encourage you to fill out an application and join a winning team….TEAM FUCKALICIOUS!

The Best phone Company Ever!

Being an adult is hard! As a mother of 2 I found myself in that endless cycle of working, putting my kids to bed and getting back up to do it all again. My employeer did not appreciate me and my children did nothing but miss me. On top of that it seemed like everytime I turned around my boyfriend was loosing his job, making my tiny paycheck our main source of income. When we did both work it was like an entire person’s money went to paying for childcare and gas! So when I got sick and was unable to return to work you could imagine we were hurting pretty bad. That is when my boyfriend watched this movie about some phone sex operators who make their own company and suggest I look it up. A quick search on google for PSO Jobs and I found myself diving head deep into a giant well of information. Not only was phone sex still around (which I thought it was dinosaur aged), but it was a thriving industry. So after a little bit more research I put in tons of applications. I had a few interviews and then this company found me. I was torn and decided to pick WBMT LLC as my first phone sex operator company. The owner was honest from the beginning, it takes time to build up clients. You have to work when your at work. It is more then just moaning and groaning on the phone. It is being able to tell a story. Paint a picture for our clients needs, the majority which are pretty cool. It is no taboo, like real no taboo. I did not know if I could handle that at first, but I did just fine. Now, I have moved into a bigger house and can afford the bills without struggling for my whole family, all four of us, and I don’t need any outside help. This is an amazing company and I am thankful for all that they have taught me. I will forever be grateful for the career opportunity they provided me with.

I love being a PSO.

The thing I like best about being a phone sex operator has got to be the fact that I get to work from the comfort of my own home. What other job would let you explore your creativity in some really filthy ways all without ever having to put on a bra? Not to mention the fact that no where else could you earn as much money as you can here, we have all kinds of ways to put more money in our pockets and who doesn’t like more money? The calls will never get boring because there is a huge variety of men calling us so we can explore many, many different types of calls and fantasies so it is definitely a learning experience too. In my mind this is an easy job but it takes dedication and hard work to make any kind of real money, if you do nothing but sit back and wait for calls, you are not gonna make it. You have to put in time and effort to reap the rewards, that means working your whole shift and extra and blogging like crazy because lets face it, men are visual creatures that love to see pretty pictures and a good story. I’ve been doing this for a long time and I can’t imagine ever doing anything else! Why not give up your long commute, being stuck in traffic and being forced to wear a bra and uncomfortable clothes all day, trust me you won’t regret it. We are a family here, we’re all friends and we look out for each other, there’s no cattiness or gossipy bull here like there is other places, honestly we are the best pso family out there and we would love to have you join our team right away!
