    Sure there are many companies out there for phone chat jobs, but not all are the same. I spent years with another company before I found WBMT, and let me say this company is the fairest. We are like family here and support one another in doing the best they can. With this company comes a responsibility of being responsible and consistent. This is a real job and you need put the effort in to get out anything. Blogging is a huge part of drawing in the callers so consistency is ideal. You have hours that you have committed to, it’s your responsibility to show up ready and able to work. A stable internet and a landline home telephone are a must and really still less than a commute somewhere! I love this job and the company is top notch.  If you need a reliable income and are able to commit to 40 or more hrs a week, then you should give us a try. The effort and work you put forth in this company really shows in your weekly checks and anything is possible in the amount you make, it’s all dependent on you. I won’t sugar coat this job as it is a job, but if you are willing to work then it will work for you.

    I needed to have an at home operator job. I had health issues and endings up back at home sleeping on the floor at my mom’s. We get to talk to all kinds of interesting people and I get to work with some of the best ladies on the planet. We have fun and chat all day long while we’re working, there is always someone here to answer questions and encourage you. It’s easy to make a good living here too, if you put the work in there really is no limit to the amount of money you can make. You do have to work at it though, you won’t make huge paychecks right off the bat, you have to build up a base of regulars. Don’t worry though, you will get regulars fairly quickly and before you know it you will be thrilled with what you make. WBMT was the first to hire me after I narrowed my application process down to three companies. I was very lucky, because longevity in this business requires a good company. I was new to this business 6 years ago. I love working here because I have a complicated life. I needed to work at home and design my own hours. Working for WBMT may require more work than many other companies, but the pay is better. The PSO jobs that require nothing from you take most of your money. WBMT lets you decide how much you want to earn up to $1.10 a minute of your talk time. Obviously, the more you work, the harder you work, the more per minute you can earn. I wouldn’t be at a company this long if one the money was not great and two if the company was not better.

They are always here to help or answer any questions I may have, they are beyond supportive and amazing. There are a lot of ways to promote yourself here, write those blogs and vote our site and you will find that you get a bunch of regular callers, that means you end up with great paychecks. The company I worked at for years went bankrupt, and the unemployment check wasn’t paying the bills. I had a friend whose sister was a PSO, so I investigated it. I applied at a few companies, but WBMT called me first. After a few months of working my ass off, I discovered I could make better money from home than I could at any retail type job. I stopped looking for other jobs because I was enjoying the money I was making. I think you will enjoy the money too and the freedom to set your own hours. You can work around your social life and commitments. I am not a morning person and thanks to this job, I don’t have to be one. I don’t want to make it sound like a cake walk because to make a decent income you to need to work 40 plus hours a week and blog daily, but what you do in between calls is up to you. You can read, watch tv, clean, even work out. I am so glad I looked into this kind of work. It changed my life. Maybe it will change yours too?

Few companies, if any, let you set your schedule from week to week and pay you based on your effort that week.  I can work 40 hours a week and make $1.00 a minute or 60 hours a week and make $1.10 a minute. I can blog as little or as much as I want and see my pay scale change. If you are a harder worker, you can make easily over $500 a week here.  I love having freedom and flexibility at a job.
