It’s 3am, and I made $40 in two hours. I worked on my day off and made that! And on Monday, I made $60! In an hour. Most minimum paid jobs you make that in a day…but that’s just the start of what it’s like to be a phone sex operator.  It sucks but not that bad! I mean today sucks because my voice and throat is raw from screaming. But I made awesome money…and it did not take that long at all. This is not a peaches and cream job but it has things lots of other jobs have. First of all everyone here is super nice and helpful. We are like a family! And we have zero drama here which is impossible to find anywhere else in this world. There are contests for blogs to get extra money, there are call monitoring contests every week that you also get a few extra bucks from. There is a company vacation every year were we all get together in a badass house and work our little asses off and get drunk…and have a ton of fun. This job is like no other, it is an acting job – and you gotta be able to talk about anything. Your daughter, being your daughter, fucking your daughter, eating people, stabbing your pussy and even repeating that you are a piece of shit over and over again until you really hate the guy on the phone…but then you think about it. You just got paid by one of these guys to sit in your pjs and say whatever he wants. I mean, that’s what I call work smarter not harder. And as for blogging…it’s fun! And how you make your money, and attract callers. You must write  at least 10 blogs a week if you like money. If you don’t like money, you’re wasting your time. And THIS is the place where you can make some serious money!

PSO job with WBMT

I have worked with WBMT for about 6 months now. This is also my first PSO job and I must say I love it. The best part of this job is the women I work with. The women I work with genuinely care about each other. I have heard there is a lot of backstabbing at other phone sex companies, but I have seen none of that at WBMT. The ladies support each other, often interjecting ideas about things to do to help each other make more money, so that each operator can be as successful  as they can be. More importantly, the ladies support each other emotionally. I have learned that working from home, people have a tendency to get reclusive and not socialize as much as in other jobs, but at WBMT, we are here for each other. Recently, I suffered a personal tragedy and the ladies at WBMT were there to support me, just as if they were my family. That’s because we are a type of family. We are all here to make money, but everyone, including management, remembers that we are people and we have pour ups and downs.
Other benefits to working as a PSO is that your income potential is unlimited. Your income is directly based on how much work you put into your job. Working as a PSO is not only about staying on the phone. You must market your characters in order to get those calls. The management gives us all the tools to use to market our characters, but they are tools you must use. If you choose not to put the work into it, you will not make as much money. It’s that simple. The job is fun most of the time. It is virtually stress free compared to other jobs I have worked. I am very happy in my job and I see myself staying with this company a very long time.

Pso Jobs

I absolutely love this company and position and there are not many PSO jobs like this. Not many can talk about loving their job and that they are excited to work every day. Since I started doing this job it has opened so many doors for me. I have more free time and I am able to support myself comfortably, and way better actually then a regular job outside of the home. The money is there if you work hard. You have a standard in which you must uphold. I am a firm believer in anything worth while isn’t a piece of cake. You will be expected to work long hours, do blogs and social media, and to work as a team with the rest of the girls. It’s not always easy and you will be tired at times, but this job definitely has a lot to offer. The pros by far out weigh the cons. Pay is always on time, money is always there to be made. The boss encourages us all to want to make the most money that we can. She is more then considerate and understanding. She makes many extra opportunities for everyone to participate in, and to earn the highest money made potential. You need to be able to commit to working the long hours and personally I believe in working more then the required hours. For me once I got settled in, it was easy to want to stay logged in all day. The hardest part I would say is blogging. You have to be able to reach your client base and the best way to do that is to blog, and by blog I mean a lot. Things are only as difficult as you make them. If you are a hard worker and can commit to your duties then this will be a great pleasant experience. It can be difficult if you procrastinate and have little desire to make the most money you can. This job is all about how successful you want to to be, and you are in complete control in making that happen. You determine wether you sink or swim. Girls, management, and the boss are all very helpful. If you need some guidance there is always someone there willing to help. This company has integrity and amazing benefits. It will feel like a family, best experience and job by far for me.

It’s a pretty good life!

I’m not telling you this is some easy job. It’s work. It’s not a get-rich-quick gimmick. But if you’re willing to put in some time and effort, this is truly your dream job.
The best part to me is the friendly crew and the great bosses. Working for other companies, I found that it’s a cut throat, dog eat dog business and there is often no joy to it.  Working here, you are able to form friendships with your co-workers thanks to a chat room where everyone is willing to help you. It feels like family and I find that when I’m away for long, I miss the camaraderie and warmth of my co-workers.
You must love to write and have a creative mind. Blogs are a major part of this job. If you hate writing, this is not the job for you. There is a minimum number of blogs required every week. Contests really help motivate us to step it up. You get back what you put into this job. Blogs are like personal ads to lure new customers in. Half-hearted poorly written blogs won’t cut it if you want to be successful.
Now for the good part. You get to work from home. You can hang your jammies if you like. Do some housework, grab a snack, or watch a movie, as long as you are there to answer every call. If you have a quiet and private space to work, a land line phone, a reliable internet service, and a computer that works, you are ready to work. You are trained thoroughly before you are allowed out on your own. The managers are helpful and patient. What more can you ask for?
Take it from me. I’m older and I’ve been in this business for a while. I’ve worked for some crappy companies where the pay ran late and no one cared. It’s not like that here. The managers work their tails off to communicate and get payroll done early. I couldn’t be happier. I love this place. I feel that I can honestly call this my “dream job.” You can too!!!

Happy Job, Happy Life!!!

When I first started at WBMT, it seemed strict to me. I had come from a company where there was no supervision, no set hours, and people came and went as they pleased. The absent owner didn’t respond to e-mails, IMs, or calls. I worked 100’s of hours, blogged on time, and went above and beyond as an employee, yet I was no better and no more appreciated than the lowest no-show, no-blog employee. On a good week, we might get paid 4-5 days later than it was due. Sometimes it was more than that, always with an excuse. I learned to treat my pay as a little extra money now and then, rather than the weekly paycheck that it was supposed to be.
And then I found this company. I had applied for 3 companies and they all offered me positions. But after speaking to the owner here, I knew which one I wanted to work for. She was involved with her company and she was looking for something more than a voice on the phone. She as looking for someone to be part of her PSO “family.” I liked that immediately.
I was pleasantly surprised to find the employees friendly and helpful, something you NEVER find in the PSO world. They went out of their way to offer assistance and encouragement. They made me feel like part of the family, a real team player. It was exactly what I needed.
I’ve been here for 6 months now and I’m thrilled to say that this is a real job. You get paid well for putting in the hours and putting effort into your blogs. I have been able to make so much more money than I ever made with my previous company and we get paid on time, every time. (Woo-hoo. Joy!!!) I actually feel sad when I am away as I have come to treasure my amazing co-workers as friends and family.  The annual company vacation made it feel even more like family when I got to meet my co-workers face-to-face.
If you’re tired of some mediocre company that barely acknowledges your existence and you’re willing to put in the work required to be a success, then this is the place for you. And like me, you won’t find it strict at all. It is simply the way a company is supposed to be run and I’m soooo lucky to be part of this amazing PSO family.

Phone sex job

I love my job! As a 25 year old in a very small town there is not a lot of work around here. What I do have is decent internet connection and a home phone. I looked and looked for a way to add income into my life. I was working one job and needed a second. I started working for this company and with in six months I was a full time phone sex operator. I love my job. I am 25 years old and I make a ton of money for my age. I pay all of my bills before they are do and I have money left over for fun. Now that being said, this job is not as easy as you would think. I work a ton which is a good thing! I write so many blogs for my charters to keep them up on the site and to keep men looking at my phone whores. It was totally weird at first, I didn’t grasp that I needed to put in more effort. Now I write 30 plus blogs a week, and I make money! I work hard and I work often. I get to work from home! Its so fun, I spend all day with my fur babies and I am so happy with how clean my house is. I enjoy the other women I work with. We all work hard together and help cover each other when someone needs to go out. We love each other and we support each other! I am loving my job so much! There are days when life has you down, but you are working with women who have been where you are and help you get focused on your job! My boss is amazing and so is my manager. I am so thankful to work from home and to enjoy my life!

Have you ever wondered what it is like to be a PSO? It is fun and exciting. It is unusual and wild. And it is hard work. Being a PSO is a real job. You really work from home. And you have to work to earn the big money! Working means putting in a ton of hours and blogging! The more blogs you do the more money you make. It is that simple. If you expect to just sit and home and answere the phone. You are not going to make good money. If you want to make good money. Then you work hard for it. And the harder you work the more money you make. I have worked for a few different companies. And WBMT is by far the best company I have ever worked for! Anybody would be lucky to get on here. We get paid on time! Every time. We make good money and there is no cattiness. Like none at all. It really is like a family. It is a great job.

Phone sex Operator

Once upon a time I was a full time college student and had no job, I got paid to go to college and that was good enough for me. My neighbor however though showed me how I could make money and be at home. I didn’t even know there was such a thing as a phone sex operator job. A pso job seemed a little out there to me but I liked the idea of it all. I got to see hands on how phone calls were and how blogs worked ahead of time. I knew what I was getting into, sorta. It wasn’t as ‘easy’ as I thought it would be! This was a real job but I was making real money. I really liked the whole you work as much as you want thing! Of course I have an actual work schedule that fits to my lifestyle with 10 hour shifts. I do tons of blogs a week and it really pays off in my pay checks. I am now no longer a college student but a Mom and wife who stays home and works with my whole family. I am not missing anything and I make enough for my husband to stay home with us – and what’s better than that?

Now that I have told you how  great the bosses and employees are and a little about the atmosphere you can expect here. Let me explain my earlier statement “there is more to being a PSO then just answering the phone.” Just like any other business you have to advertise your merchandise, and that merchandise is you and your sexy, wild imagination. The thing that will have your clients cumming back for more! You do this by blogging or writing stories that will entice our clients to call you. You create a virtual world that the client wants to be a part of, needs to be a part of. With the support of everyone at this company you will not only learn the ins and outs of blogging but you will have all the support you need to excel at it! The next thing you need to realize is that just like any other business, the more time you put in, the more money you make. If you had a restaurant and were only opened a few days a week for a few hours, you aren’t going to make any money. The same is true here. And finally you need to be willing to be reliable. Just like any other job if your can’t be here when your supposed to, someone else has to be. Our clients need us and we need them.
