Let me tell you a little about myself. I am a divorced mother of 3 wonderful kiddos. Last year, I was couch surfing, trying to get back on my feet from a domestic violence situation. I had to give my children into another custody arrangement so they wouldn’t suffer homelessness with me. I had no phone, no car, no income, and my little town was very rural and remote. There was no assistance for me. Now, here I am, a year later, in a beautiful home with my children, with a vehicle, and this fantastic job. I am so blessed to have found this company, and all the absolutely wonderful, powerful, intelligent women I work with. They’ve been there for me through deaths, surgeries, and simply bad days, to lift me up, and encourage me through it. And on the good days, which are so very prevalent now, they make me feel like I positively shine. I have never been employed by anyone who has been so flexible with my days and hours. With 3 small ones, I couldn’t exactly be squirreled away in an office away from them all day. I work when they are gone or asleep, in my bedroom, in my pajamas.
Now, don’t mistake me, this isn’t for just anyone. You have to have the self-discipline to be a self-starter, to apply yourself to fulfill your duties, and to stick to the schedule you choose, or else the whole company suffers. You have to have the mental strength to separate yourself from the dialogue of the characters your assigned. Being able to leave work at work is extremely important. But again, that’s where these wonderful women I work with come to the rescue again. Any time a call was hard on my mind, I can talk to my girls here, and they make me laugh and smile again.
It’s not all bad either, it can be so fun! I have “met” some very interesting people around the world, and spent hours hearing their life stories, their wants, their dreams, and of course, their desires. There is so many stereotypical things people think when they hear “phone sex operator” that is so very far from true! It’s now just whimpering on a crappy phone and fake moaning over the phone for some guy. Oh no. You become a voice actress, with different personalities, hope, and desires all of your own! I find it rather liberating to be able to put myself in the shoes of someone completely different from myself, and completely throw myself into their dialogue just as though I was reading a really good fictional book, or watching a cool movie.
This job isn’t easy, but it’s worth it. I promise you, if you truly apply yourself, the fruits of your labor will be very evident. Besides al the wonderful people, and ease of working from home where I am comfortable, the pay has saved my household time and again. Even when I was gone for most of my work week, I brought in enough to keep us afloat just fine. I’ve never not had to worry about our utilities, or where our next meal was going to come from, before. I’m not writing this as an advertisement, or a trick. I just want to brag on this place! Just give it a try, you won’t be sorry!

For years, being a PSO was just a nice way to make extra money while I attended college. It gave me a little extra to play with every week. But then I found this company and discovered how lucrative this line of work could be. Understand this first. Phone sex is NOT a get-rich-quick kinda thing. It requires real work, a lot of blogging, and many hours of time put in to build a clientele. You have to do your homework if you are going to make the real money. You must commit to certain shifts, rev up the creative juices, and lure those men in. Those fish don’t just catch themselves. You need the right bait and hours of patience. I had worked for other companies and I had never heard of anyone making that much as a PSO. It wasn’t until several months later, when I hit a personal goal, that I knew I was on to something. I got excited and even more motivated. This was the real deal, and not only that, it was actually a great place to work. I never dread coming to work. It feels like a supportive, loving family here. So, how about it? Do you have that drive to succeed? That’s not about age. I’m freaking 50 years old. Can you commit to a schedule? Can you make your job a priority and give it some devotion? If not, keep flipping those hamburgers and sitting those brats. If your answer is yes, however, look no farther. This is the PSO company to work for!!! Becoming a successful phone sex operator is not as easy as it may seem. I absolutely love this company and position and there are not many PSO jobs like this. Not many can talk about loving their job and that they are excited to work every day. Since I started doing this job it has opened so many doors for me. I have more free time and I am able to support myself comfortably, and way better actually then a regular job outside of the home. The money is there if you work hard. You have a standard in which you must uphold. I am a firm believer in anything worth while isn’t a piece of cake. You will be expected to work long hours, do blogs and social media, and to work as a team with the rest of the girls. It’s not always easy and you will be tired at times, but this job definitely has a lot to offer. The pros by far out weigh the cons. Pay is always on time, money is always there to be made. The boss encourages us all to want to make the most money that we can. She is more then considerate and understanding. She makes many extra opportunities for everyone to participate in, and to earn the highest money made potential. You need to be able to commit to working the long hours and personally I believe in working more then the required hours. For me once I got settled in, it was easy to want to stay logged in all day. The hardest part I would say is blogging. You have to be able to reach your client base and the best way to do that is to blog, and by blog I mean a lot. Things are only as difficult as you make them. If you are a hard worker and can commit to your duties then this will be a great pleasant experience. It can be difficult if you procrastinate and have little desire to make the most money you can. This job is all about how successful you want to to be, and you are in complete control in making that happen. You determine wether you sink or swim. Girls, management, and the boss are all very helpful. If you need some guidance there is always someone there willing to help. This company has integrity and amazing benefits. It will feel like a family, best experience and job by far for me.
