I’m sure if you are a seasoned vet you have probably encountered unscrupulous companies that don’t pay or if they do pay they pay chump change. Decency with most phone chat jobs is nonexistent. I don’t want to go on a rant about those companies because you have landed on the land of milk and honey when it comes to pso companies. Well if you are a respectful and an honest, and hardworking person welcome to our family. You will only find success if you put time and effort into your work. This is an at-home job, but it is a real job. It takes time and energy to create a client base. Here you have all the tools to succeed, and you will have a reliable support system. We are a family, and we help each other out. There is zero tolerance for drama. We are here to grow and help grow. The harder you work here, the higher your per minute rate is. And that hard work isn’t that hard of work. If you work 60 or more hours a week, blog daily and do some self-promotion tasks you will see your paycheck grow. The only girls that will ever bitch about WBMT are lazy girls. This company is not a good fit for lazy girls or drama queens. Drama can plague the world of a phone sex operator, but not at WBMT. That shit is never tolerated here.
