If companies require blogging, which is what you want because the blogging PSO companies have more traffic, they have what’s called high search engine optimization. That means if a potential caller Googles phone sex, that site will come up before other sites that have not been around as long.

Also, a company that’s new, well you do not know if they will fraud you or not. Many new companies pop up and never even pay their girlies working for them. Trust me. I know. I worked at a few shady pso companies before landing at WBMT. If it sounds too good to be true, it likely is too good to be true.

In my mind I kind of thought I might be just some small cog in a machine, and I never had a chance to interact with others. But WBMT feels like family to me. The owner and manager know who I am and so do the other girls who worked here.

I assumed this sort of field might be plagued with gossip and drama because it can happen when you have a bunch of girls in one place. But WBMT is drama free. Girls get fired for being catty or backstabbing. So, you can rest assured that you will be able to work in a drama free environment.

I also thought this was the sort of thing women did part-time not full-time. However, the more you work, the more you make. WBMT can help women earn a livable wage. I do not need to juggle 3 jobs to pay the rent anymore. And I even have fun money. But to support yourself and your family with this kind of job, you need to remember it is a job.

phone chat jobsPhone chat jobs pay the bills and then some. Honestly, when I started as a PSO I thought I might make a few hundred a week. But within a few months I was making over $1000 a week. A few months from that, I began averaging around $1700 a week. I never made that kind of money in a week. Never. As someone with just a high school diploma, I did not have many options. At least none that made me a livable wage and was legal.

I had friends who did phone sex work and decided to give it a try based on their love for the industry. The company my best friend was at was not hiring mature voices. I just have a voice that sounds way older than I am, LOL. But WBMT hired me. And they helped me learn the ropes. We use Word press for blogging and Google Docs for record keeping. The way to make money in this industry is through blogging. We require blogging. And more blogging than you were required at your previous company if you have been in the business. But hear me out. Blogging brings us all money. It is the way we get seen by potential callers. And let me be honest here. Any company that tells you they have great call volume, and they do not require blogging, is lying to you.  The way the industry works now is men find us through Google ranking and SEO (search optimization engine). The more we blog keywords, the more men find us searching those keywords like phone sex.

You can make a couple of hundred a week doing nothing. Or you can earn over a thousand blogging daily. That was an easy choice for me.

Most companies pay everyone the same rate. And they only give a pay incentive based on minutes earned in the week. But WBMT does it differently. What matters more than minutes is effort. So, we get a pay bump for committing to more hours to work in a week and blogging 5 days out of the week.

Anyone can make up to a $1.10 a minute here. But to make the high end of pay you must commit to 50 hours in the week. Work an additional 10 hours for a total of 60 hours. You need to blog 3 times a day over 5 days for a total of 15 blogs. And you need to work at least 10 hours on the weekend. Plus, do 3 social media posts. It may seem like a lot, but it gets easier to churn out blogs the longer you work here.

Most girls work 40 hours for $1.00 a minute, and that’s fine too. You have flexibility each week. You can work as little as 30 hours a week or you can work 60 plus hours. Just understand, the more you work the more you earn.

But I make more doing phone sex part time than I do my other job full-time. I could not give up this job. I got addicted to the money which is easy to do. So, I searched around and found this hiring site for WBMT.

I thought about what I had to lose. Nothing. Could not be worse than I was making already. So, when WBMT hired me, I kept my old job and did part time at both. But I quickly ditched my other company because I could see the earning potential here from the get-go.  Even while I trained here and did not make as much as I do now, I still made more money here.

No two phone sex companies operate the same. I worked at a dispatch company. That’s why I did not make as much money. A middle person took some of my profit. That’s not an issue here. We are a direct dial company. That means you process the caller’s credit card. And there is no middle person to take some of your profit.

This is a blog focused company. So, to make money you need to blog. Most dispatch companies require very little. But direct dial companies require more work. However, the more work the better the pay. And I once I realized that I did not mind the extra work. You will not either.
