Adult phone operator jobs are not for everyone. You do have to have an open mind about sex for this kind of work. We do talk about all sorts of taboo subjects because we are a no taboo company. But if you think of yourself as a fantasy actress, you will do just fine. Once you start making big money from the safety and comfort of your home, you get comfortable with the subject matter quickly. This is a good job for any woman who wants to work at home. You can want to work at home because you are a stay-at-home mom. You can work from home because you have a health condition or social anxiety. You can work from home because you don’t have a car. There are all sorts of reasons women love to work at home. Me? I have Lupus, and it’s better for my health to work in an environment I can control. I was skeptical of the money I could make here. Phone chat jobs are easy money for women. Well, not too easy. You do have to hustle to make money. But if you can master the blog game here, you can make bank week to week. We are a blog driven company. If you can not write a few blogs per shift you work, you will not make it here. We are a direct dial company. That means you process credit card payment for your callers and you blog daily. I love wbmt for many reasons, but one of the biggest reasons I love this company is that we are paid on effort. Most companies pay women based on how many minutes they make in a week. Not here. In fact, I have never worked at a company that let me earn up to $1.10 a minute on my talk time. Most companies the most you can make is $1 a minute, with many paying on average 80 cents a minute. WBMT is a much different company to work for than most, but in return you do have to work harder. All the hard work we do though makes us more money. This is not the company for you if you want to set on your ass and watch TV all day. This is the job for greedy girls who know how to hustle to make money.

Work Smarter Not Harder with Phone Sex Jobs

Phone sex jobs are easy to come by nowadays. There are a lot more pso companies in a post Covid world. PSO jobs are not for all women. I will be the first to admit that our jobs are not for procrastinators or lazy women. We have a lot of requirements. We have to blog daily, at least 5 days a week. Now, many companies you only have to blog once or twice a week. But let me let you onto a secret. Companies that do not have many requirements other than you show up to the hours you select, do not make much money. At WBMT, all our requirements are designed to help girls make the most money. We have a high SEO ranking on Google, and blogging is the reason that we do. In the phone sex world guys find you two ways. One, they know about the site already. They are already an established caller or they saw the site on an advertising site. The only way to get newer callers is to ensure that they read a blog of yours. And the way we do that is with keyword searches. For example, a guy Googles taboo phone sex because he is looking for a taboo phone girl. A high Google ranking means that your blog or our phone sex sites will come up and lead him to you and us. You want to make the most money you can? You need a company that makes you blog often. Being a Phone Sex Operator is a Great Job

Being a phone sex operator is a great job to have for a woman. Sure, maybe it is not a career to brag about because people can judge adult work, but it is an honest living that allows you to thrive not merely survive. You can provide for yourself and your children doing phone sex. You do not need to live on welfare or apply for public housing or even get food stamps. How to be a phone sex operator is a good question to ask yourself. I asked that question a few years ago. I was in a dead end job that stressed me out and was wrecking havoc on my body and mind. I was a manager at Walmart and I do believe that Walmart is hell on earth. I was divorced with three kids and no college education. Plus, I live in an area with not many job options because it is so rural. One day, I went online and looked for other jobs. I was a social worker before joining WBMT. I had paid benefits and leave and a 401 K, BUT I was worked to death. I was salaried but never had a day off. Never had a holiday off. And I was always tired. A car accident benched me for a few months, and my state did not have short term disability. I needed money. I thought this would just be a side job for a few months while I healed. I planned to go back to my salaried job with benefits, but after my third month here I was making more than I did at my white collar job and working far less hours. I had a life again and that felt amazing. My job was being held for me, but I put in my notice and said bye to that job because I was enjoying life again and making more money. Phone sex is not a hard job. It is a job you can balance life with, but it does require some work like blogging. If you are in a job that over works you, underpays you or both, jump ships like I did. Phone chat jobs are plentiful these days. Not all phone sex companies you want to work for though. I will not say all of them are not legitimate, but most do not pay as well as us. The amount of money you earn on your talk time is based on your effort. At most companies it is based on your minutes. In the phone sex world you are paid based on how many minutes you make in a week. Most companies pay pennies on your talk time, taking more than half of the per minute rate. Not at WBMT. You are paid based on your effort. The number of hours you work in a week and commit to in a weekly schedule and the number of days you blog in a week determine how much you can earn on your talk time. You can make 20 cents a minute and do absolutely nothing but answer your phone. You can make up to a $1.10 a minute however working 60 hours a week, committing to 50, and writing 15 blogs a week over 5 days. I do not recommend being lazy here because you will not make any money. This is not a company for lazy girls. This is a company for girls who do not mind hustling for their minutes because when they hustle, they payout is great.
