Our pay scale is tied into a couple things. There is no one rate for everyone. But we all could make the same rate. You can make anywhere from $.80 a minute up to $1.10 a minute on your talk time to get the higher pay. You need to schedule more hours per week, and you need to blog five days a week. Plus, you need to work some weekend hours and do some social media promotions too. Personally, I find it easier to work more hours when I’m working from home because I can multitask. I can talk dirty with laundry in the washing machine. I can check homework in between calls.

I’m happy working from home because this is a non-stress job. I made less at my prior job, and I worked a lot more hours and felt a lot more stress. And that spilled over into my personal life with my boyfriend and my children. This is a job. You can turn it off as soon as you sign off. And I love that. I think you’ll like working from home too. And we train you and give you all the tools necessary to succeed in this industry. So, if you’re tired of working a dead-end job that stresses you out, make a change for yourself. And earn yourself more money too.

PSO Jobs Appear Everywhere, So How Do You Choose?

pso jobsPSO jobs are everywhere. But no two companies are the same and that’s something I did not know when I started in this industry. Honestly, I thought every company was basically the same. Talk dirty, get paid the same rate, and do things the same way. But I was wrong. When you interview at other phone sex companies make sure you ask the right questions.

Ask questions like what is the max pay you can make at this company, meaning essentially the max pay rate on your talk time. That can vary anywhere from pennies up to $1.10 a minute, which is the max you can make here. But you must work a little harder to make the max. With every pay scale boost comes more blogging and more hours that you need to work.

I would also ask them what their scheduling policy is like. We require schedules here. But you set your own schedule. And you can change it up every three months. Some companies don’t require a schedule, but they have a certain number of hours you need to work in a week. But companies that do not require a set schedule from you don’t have the same call volume as companies that do.

 We require schedules here to ensure that there’s enough coverage around the clock. And some companies that don’t require schedules have everybody working the same hours leaving the sites bare at some other times. And when that happens, callers just go elsewhere.

Companies operate differently and they pay differently. And I’ve been at a few. Some, I liked some I hated. But WBNT seems like the best fit for me. I have flexible scheduling. And I can change it up every three months. Weeks that I’m super busy I can still earn a decent pay grade at a dollar a minute and I commit to 40 hours in that week. But if I have more free time in a week, I can work 50 or 60 hours and make a higher pay rate.

Plus, this company trains you and they are patient with you too. And the people that work here make it feel like you’re part of the family. I just love WBMT. I’ve made friends. I Did Not Think I Would Love Being a Phone Sex Operator But I Do

And I went to college and had a career. But I still lived paycheck to paycheck. I was a social worker. It depressed me. It ran me ragged. And I never made much money.

For physical things you need a reliable and fast computer. You also need a cell phone with a good signal so you’re not dropping calls. Plus, you want to keep good records of your clients information and the calls that you get too. But all these skills a lot of people have already.

This is not rocket science. It’s fantasy phone sex. You want to be able to engage with people and remain judgment free of their kinks and fetishes and roleplay ideas too. My last company I enjoyed working for, but I just didn’t make any money. The ones prior to that I was not paid well on my talk time even though I stayed busy. I never made much money because my per minute rate, which is how you’re paid in this industry. was not very much.

My rate on my talk time at WBMT is the highest that it’s been at any company before. In fact, combine the pay of two PSO companies early on, and I still make more here. You can make up to $1.10 a minute here. But with the higher the pay rate comes more requirements. Like the more days you need to blog and more hours you need to work.

But the women here average anywhere from a dollar to $1.10 on their talk time. With some making less, but that’s usually just because they choose to work less. Like if you wanted to be part-time and only work 30 hours a week the most you could probably make would be $.90 on your talk time. But that is still higher than a lot of other companies. Because I’m going to be honest about something. Most phone companies pay you pennies on your talk time instead of at least $1 or more.

I love this company. It’s drama free. I have a chance to make some good money. And I can set my own hours. Plus working from home, I find a plus. And I find it easier to work more hours when I cut out the commuting time. Plus, I can do other things like check homework, do laundry and clean in between calls.

Phone sex is a great career opportunity for women. Especially single women or women who haven’t gone to college. Because you can make a lot more money here than you can at fast food or retail. Plus, if you have small children at home you can work around their sleep schedules and never worry about the cost of daycare.

One they do not allow drama. I was driven from a few companies in the past because of constant drama. This company really has your back and doesn’t let girls go unchecked. Two, the pay is the best here. I’ve been at other companies where I made far less than a dollar a minute. And I’ve been at companies where you could only get a higher pay rate if you made over a certain number of minutes per week. But WBMT ties pay to your personal effort. The more hours you commit to in a week, and the more days you blog the higher your pay rate. Most girls average anywhere between a dollar and $1.10 a minute on their talk time. And pay rate is not tied to how many minutes you make.

And finally, this is the best traffic I’ve ever seen at a phone sex company. The call volume is great. There’s plenty to go around. I never go long without a phone call. But the reason the call volume is so good here is because of the blogging requirement. Now I am required to blog a lot more at this company than any of my other companies combined, but the trade-off is higher pay and consistent pay. And personally, I’m good with that.

I Think Our PSO Jobs Might Be the Best

pso jobsI think our PSO jobs might just be the best. I’ve been in this business for 25 years. And a lot of companies did not survive that started that far ago because they did not change with the times. WBMT stays up on trends like blogging in SEO and social media.

I loved the first company I worked for in the early 2000s. However, they refused to change with the times. That company never required blogging because that really wasn’t a thing when the company started. They didn’t want to get on board with social media because that too was not around.

And I slowly started seeing my minutes take a nosedive. And as much as I loved that company, if they weren’t going to change to meet the market and help us all stay busy, I had to bail. I had bills to pay.

I have been at WBMT for about six years now. And I thought I knew what good money was but apparently, I didn’t until I came here. But that’s the beauty of this company. They know all about Google ranking. And how to get a high Google ranking through SEO. Now I never blogged at my old company, so I did have to learn how to do. And that required a bit of an adjustment. But everybody here is so patient, and they train you. And the more you blog the better you get at it.

But you do need to be able to write at this company. Because if you do not blog, you simply will not make any money. I do not mind blogging, especially now that I know how much money I can make through my blogging.

You do not need any phone sex experience to work here, but we don’t discriminate if you have experience either. You will be trained in how to do things the way we do things here. And I hope that if you’re at a company where you’re not making much money or you’re ready for a job change or even if you just want to make decent money from home then you will give us a try.

I Love Being a Phone Sex Operator

One you get to set your own schedule. Two you’re working from home, so you have no commute. Plus, be good with time management because we have a lot of requirements but nobody’s standing over us with the whip making us do it. Once you get through training though you can start making serious money. But you must show up to work whatever schedule you pick for yourself and you must be consistent with blogging.

If you blog consistently your paychecks will steadily rise from week to week. Why not give us a try. I’m pretty sure if you’re doing fast food or retail or any other kind of customer service job you will find that this is a better use of your time and energy with much better reward.

And you can leave at the end of your shift regardless of how much money you made that day. Or you can stay longer if you want to make some more money.

There’s no drama. There’s no browbeating. And there’s no threats either. They even have a handbook that spells out all the rules and requirements and you get trained too. I make more money at WBMT in one day than I made in an entire week at my old company. We hire people with experience and without experience. So, if you’re at a company that’s shady and you’re not making much money jumping ships might be the best decision you ever make.
