I didn’t think phone sex jobs were for me. But I was wrong. I knew about it as a profession. In fact, I had a friend do it while she was in grad school, but I still thought all I would do is giggle. But trust me, you get used to it after a while. I just got into a bad situation, and I needed a job quickly. I would’ve applied to the company my friend was at, but that company no longer existed. But she told me how to look for phone jobs.

And WBMT was the first place to offer me a job. And I took it. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. I took a gamble on this company that I knew nothing about. But the gamble paid off. I’m still here eight years later. And I love it. I thought I would just do this until I could get back on my feet and have enough money to move. But I liked this job too much. And I was making too much money to go back to what I was doing.

This is a job though. So, you need to treat it like a job. By that I mean, you need to show up on when you are scheduled. And you need to do the things that the company requires, which is blog, do some small social media promotion and avoid drama. I love that this place is drama free. Makes it so much easier to work without dealing with the constant drama that can happen when girls get jealous. None of that happens here. The girls here seem like family, and they want to help you succeed too.

The veteran girls always helped the new girls. If you can blog daily and show up to work when you’re scheduled, you can make good money here.

Being a phone sex operator does not require any specific skill set. By that I essentially mean we do not need a college degree or even high school diploma. But you do need to be able to write and understand grammar rules because we do require a lot of blogging at this company. However, for somebody like me, a high school dropout who later got her GED, this is the best kind of money I’m ever going to make. At least the best legal money I’m ever going to earn.

When I started here, I was 20. And I was a single mom with two daughters and an ex-husband who was an addict. Either I was stupid, or he was just that good at hiding his addiction that I never realized he had bankrupted us. I sent him to Rehab then I divorced him. But I was desperate for money. However, I was a high school dropout.

I started to research jobs where somebody with a low educational level could still make a decent living and phone sex came up. So, I applied to a few places. And I ended up here. That was 12 years ago. Now I have my GED. I have a second husband. And my kids are in high school. Plus, I make more money than I ever could’ve imagined making. More money than I ever could’ve made doing retail or fast food, which were my only options.

I’ve learned a lot since being here. I’ve improved my writing skills. And my computer skills as well. You do need to have like I said, the ability to write a decent blog. And you need to know how to operate a computer and download programs and check email. Things like that. But if you can do that, don’t worry about your educational level. Apply, start making money and turn your life around like I did mine.

How to be a phone sex operator is not difficult. It does not require any skill set. However, it does require some basic things that most people have. You need a cell phone with good service. You need a quiet place to work. And you need high speed Internet, and a modern computer either a desktop or laptop.

As far as basic skills required? You need to know how to operate a computer. By this I mean, check email, pull up webpages, use picture editing programs, down load apps and the like. Plus, you need some basic writing skills. We are required to blog at WBMT. And we do expect decent grammar and spelling and the ability to leave a story together.

And I will add that you should also have some good record keeping skills and organizational skills and even time management skills because we are required to do a lot of things but there’s nobody standing over us cracking a whip saying do it.

But we train you on how to use our programs. Even train you on how to use WordPress and Google Docs, which are two programs we use regularly. Most of the skills you need to do well in this job a lot of people have these days. And the tools that you need to do this kind of work most people already have too.

Once upon a time we were required to use land lines, but those days are over. So, you don’t even have to accrue any expenses to do this kind of work unless you don’t have a laptop or a desktop. I love being a PSO. I work from home. I make great money, and I’ve even made some friends. WBMT feels like a family. Would you like to join our family? I don’t think you will regret it.

Phone sex operator jobs rock. Before I discovered phone sex, I worked at Walmart. And let me tell you that was hell on earth. I could barely pay my bills. But I worked all the time. And I needed to stand on my feet all day and deal with angry customers. However, don’t get me started on the employees that worked there. I needed a change. I was getting too old to be standing on my feet for 10 hours a day.

So, I searched for jobs that I could do at home while I looked for something better than Walmart. I live in a small town so my options were slim. But then I found this hiring site and I got intrigued. They didn’t make any promises that I would make thousands of dollars or anything like that. So I tended to believe what I was reading from other girls. Which is if you work hard here you can make money. Like real money to support yourself and your family. The kind of money that lets you thrive not barely get by.

So, I applied. I didn’t need to pay anything. Didn’t need a resume. Hell, I did not even need experience. But my prior customer service experience helped me. This job is part sex and part customer service. We sell a fantasy to men who pay to talk to us. But we need to have good manners and customer service skills to deal with the callers.

And you also need good organizational skills. Time management skills too. Some basic writing skills will serve you well too as we blog daily at this company. But if you do what you’re supposed to do and you blog, and you show up for your shifts, I have no doubt that you’ll make more money here than you will at retail or fast food.

Adult phone operator jobs are great jobs to have for a any woman 18 and older. When I first applied to WBMT I was skeptical I would even get hired. I was in my late 40s but as it turned out, they needed mature women. There are many guys who call and wanna talk to a mature lady. So don’t count yourself out, thinking that they only want young girls.

Men call women of all ages, races, sizes. So we like to hire a diverse group of ladies to keep the callers calling. You do not need any experience for phone sex. Although you do need to have a fast computer, high-speed Internet, and a cell phone, there are not really any skills you need. At least no specialized skills. You should be able to know how to operate a computer. Have some basic understanding of email programs and chat systems. But most people these days have a computer and cell phone knowledge. We train you on how to process credit cards and store information securely.

A quiet place to work is good too. You can work around family because you design your own schedule. When I started this, my kids were already grown and in college. But there are plenty of women that work here with small children. And they just work around either their sleep or school schedules.

You can make really good money here if you work hard at it. This is not a physically demanding job. But you do need to treat it like a job and do what’s required. Everything that is set up at this company is designed to help you and all of us make maximum money. The best way to make maximum money is to blog. We are a blog driven company.
