PSO jobs can vary greatly. Usually, the less work required of a contractor, the less pay too. Direct dial companies like WBMT do often require set schedules that you design and daily blogging. The first PSO company I worked for required nothing. No blogging and no schedules. I just logged in whenever I wanted but I earned only pennies on my talk time. Initially, I thought that was the standard.
Then a friend who used to work with me went to WBMT and told me what a difference it was. I was never going to make anything but a couple hundred a week at that company, so I jumped ships. Although it was a learning curve for me, I feel like now I earn a livable wage. WBMT is great. They train you how to use their work programs. You need to have basic computer skills and good record-keeping skills here. We use Word Press for blogging and Google Docs for record-keeping.
I cannot believe I stayed at my last phone sex job as long as did when I was not making money. Never again. Now, I am willing to work harder so that I have enough money to live on and to enjoy life with too. If you are at PSO company where you make at max a couple hundred a week, ditch that place because you can make over a thousand a week at WBMT with some hard work and dedication.
