My son had just started Kindergarten and I was home alone for the day. Sure, I cleaned, cooked, shopped, worked out and ran errands but I could be making money, contributing to the household. An office job wouldn’t work as I wanted to take and pick her up from school and a 9-5 job wouldn’t allow that. Plus, I wanted to be home with her if she was sick or was out of school for a holiday. Even a retail job that would work around school hours wouldn’t be flexible enough for me to stay home when she was sick. So, I thought, and I networked and did some research. A friend of a friend was doing phone sex operator work. Was that still a thing? I wasn’t sure and if it was would I make decent money? So, I called her up and we chatted. It is very much a thriving business and she makes more money than she did at her banking job. We met up for lunch and she let me ask questions and explained the entire process. I was hooked. I could stay home, be with my child and make great money. She works for WBMT and I filled out an application and did a phone interview. I had to learn a few things and install a land line but within a month I was easily navigating my way through my job. I love it here, make great money and most importantly I can stay home with my child when she needs me.
