I always dreamed of a successful career and financial security. But after not finishing college and a less than stellar high school performance, I got stuck in minimum wage jobs. I disappointed myself and my dream of financial security slipped away. And I was stuck in a never-ending cycle of work I hated and living paycheck to check.
One day, I came across an ad for phone chat jobs and was intrigued. The blurb I read about setting your own hours, working from home and making great money spoke to me. I had nothing to lose. So, I decided to give it a try. After a few months of consistent blogging, showing up for my scheduled shifts, and following the rules, I was making over $1000 a week. And I got to stay at home. No more uniforms, name badges, hair nets or commutes for me.
Finally, I had a job where my lack of formal education did not matter. And I had a job where I could turn off the stress when my shift ended. My friends with college degrees and white-collar jobs are constantly stressed out and can never turn work off. But me? Once my shift is over, I no longer think about work.
In fact, I am so happy with the money I make and the lack of stress, I am trying to convince my overworked and under paid girlfriends to be a phone sex operator like me too. Phone sex requires work like blogging, and showing up to work on time, but you need very little skills outside a pleasant phone voice, good communication skills and a creative mind to thrive.
Perhaps you can quit your 9-5 job, earn more money here and start enjoying life again too. If I could do it, anyone can do it.
