Happy Job, Happy Life!!!
When I first started at WBMT, it seemed strict to me. I had come from a company where there was no supervision, no set hours, and people came and went as they pleased. The absent owner didn’t respond to e-mails, IMs, or calls. I worked 100’s of hours, blogged on time, and went above and beyond as an employee, yet I was no better and no more appreciated than the lowest no-show, no-blog employee. On a good week, we might get paid 4-5 days later than it was due. Sometimes it was more than that, always with an excuse. I learned to treat my pay as a little extra money now and then, rather than the weekly paycheck that it was supposed to be.
And then I found this company. I had applied for 3 companies and they all offered me positions. But after speaking to the owner here, I knew which one I wanted to work for. She was involved with her company and she was looking for something more than a voice on the phone. She as looking for someone to be part of her PSO “family.” I liked that immediately.
I was pleasantly surprised to find the employees friendly and helpful, something you NEVER find in the PSO world. They went out of their way to offer assistance and encouragement. They made me feel like part of the family, a real team player. It was exactly what I needed.
I’ve been here for 6 months now and I’m thrilled to say that this is a real job. You get paid well for putting in the hours and putting effort into your blogs. I have been able to make so much more money than I ever made with my previous company and we get paid on time, every time. (Woo-hoo. Joy!!!) I actually feel sad when I am away as I have come to treasure my amazing co-workers as friends and family. The annual company vacation made it feel even more like family when I got to meet my co-workers face-to-face.

Phone sex jobs are unlike any other job you will have. It is the best opportunity you could ever get. If you get the chance to work for this company you will love it. I have been with the company for about six months and I absolutely love it. This company is like a family. We all look out for one another and help each other. The boss is amazing and is really active in taking care of her girls that work for her. I did this job so that I would have time to take care of my family and also go back to school. I am able to do that and a whole lot more. This job honestly makes me not even want to go back to school, I love it so much. Many other companies do not care about their PSO’s. They will screw them over in a minute and even short them on money that they owe them. This company stands for integrity and unity. You will not find bosses and co-workers being petty here. If there is even an undertone of pettiness the boss handles it immediately. We are paid weekly and on time, if not on time- before the actual time. If you ever need help their is someone always willing to help. If you have something going on, the boss is very understanding and will be more then willing to help you. This is a job and company that I promise that once you start, you wont want to leave. It is sometimes hard work, but nothing that’s worthwhile will be easy. This job pays off. Another great factor is that you are not dependent on others for your amount of pay. It is all up to you how much you make. You put in the time and work, then you pretty much will have it made here. There are many opportunities to make money here.

I love my job! As a 25 year old in a very small town there is not a lot of work around here. What I do have is decent internet connection and a home phone. I looked and looked for a way to add income into my life. I was working one job and needed a second. I started working for this company and with in six months I was a full time phone sex operator. I work a phone sex job and I love it! I have had two normal careers in my lifetime. I went to college and received a nursing degree. I worked long, hard hours at a very rewarding career until a back injury put me out of work. I then worked for three years as a E911 Operator / Dispatcher. I know they are coming because this company has too many success stories for me not to be a success as long as I put in the time and effort.
Living the PSO Dream
I’m up and at it at 3 am. Coffee made and it’s time to start blogging. I have a routine, just like a normal job. Some days it’s busy with lots of calls and others it’s slow. It’s all about the promotion, baby. In the PSO world, there are a million other girls trying to get those calls. Your job is to make yourself the best. This is where blogging comes in. As a PSO, there is no time for sitting around doing your nails and playing on Facebook. Over 50% of your time as a phone sex operator is spent promoting your characters. It’s like fishing. You gotta use the right bait to get the best fish. Unless you’re willing to do the baiting and reeling, you’re going to come up empty.
Now for the good part. You’ve applied at the best company out there. WBMT continues to amaze me every day. I’ve worked for the crappy companies, the non-paying ones, the no-communication ones, and the ones where the employees will sacrifice each other for a call. We don’t have that at WBMT. It’s a friendly place to work where the employees genuinely care for one another. Newbies are treated with respect and given assistance. Contests and incentives motivate and inspire us to blog more and be more creative. Yes, it’s work. There is no sitting idle here. But the more you give, the more you receive.
