You need to work at least 40 hours a week to make any kind of decent money at a direct dial company. You need to blog too. Blogging is how the phones ring for us. Working more than 40 hours a week is key to make the most of your talk time. You cannot commit to a schedule and never blog and make 20 cents a minute on your talk time or you can commit to 50 hours a week and work another 10 for 60 hours a week and make up to $1.10 a minute on your talk time which is the highest per minute rate in this industry.
