I don’t think any girl grows up and says, “I want to be a phone sex operator.” I never gave the career much thought until I got sick and needed a job where I could both make money and work from home. I qualified for SSDI, but it wasn’t enough to pay my month bills because of my age. A friend suggested phone sex. She had done it briefly while in college and told me she made more money at it then any other job she had. That was enough to make me look around to see what was available. There were a ton of phone sex companies hiring. I knew some had poor reputations with their ex contractors, so I ruled those ones out. I applied at three companies, and WBMTT was the first to call me and offer me a position. I was nervous, but they treated me like family from the get go and provided me with training and support to be good at this job. That was over 5 years ago. I wouldn’t still be here if this was a crap company. WBMTT does require more work than many companies, but you are rewarded here for your hard work. You can make .20 a minute or $1.10 a minute, which is great in this industry. I don’t mind blogging daily to promote myself because it brings me, callers. I love working here. It doesn’t matter if you have experience or are a newbie like I was, you can make an honest living at WBMTT.
