Being a PSO is not what most people think. You don’t get to just answer the phone and moan. That is not what guys want. And not how to make money. You have to dirty minded. And able to tell all the nasty stories. And you have to be able to write blogs. Writing a good sexy blog is what gets you calls. And then comes the easy part! I have worked for lots of PSO companies. I actually think most PSO’s have. Looking for that one company that you can make money at. WBMT requires a lot. More than most companies I do believe. I love my job!
I love my job! Yes being a phone sex operator is difficult. I thought I would get to just indulgence in every fantastic fantasy I have every had. And I do love that part of my job. But this job is more. Getting to explore every guys fantasy is more than I could imagine. The main reason I love my job is the company. I love this company. WBMT is the best company I have ever worked for. I make more a minute than any other company I have ever worked for. But it is much more than that. The company is fantastic. The ladies I work with are so much fun. My pay is always on time. The training is great. Everything is so much more than I expected! I will never ever leave WBMT. And I can not say that about any other company I have ever worked for. I would work for WBMT even if they paid less. So the extra money is a bonus for me!

Phone sex operator jobs aren’t as easy to find as you’d think. It’s not a problem with the job itself but rather the companies. I’d bounce from working independently to applying and trying with various companies. But, I always hated working with a dispatcher and felt so lonely with minimum contact with the people I worked with. So when I got this, I thought of all the phone sex jobs I’d ever had it was such a change. Everyone is so nice and I love working with this team of women. We are all here for each other and it still has the benefits of working independently. We have our own numbers so the men who want us call us directly and we don’t have to worry about a dispatcher playing favorites. I honestly feel like the pay is the best, my coworkers are the best, this of all the other pso jobs is the best I’ve ever been involved with. Honestly, I never imagined my life to be the way it is right now. I am a country girl from a scummy trailer park in Florida and I have accomplished so much in my two and a half years with WBMTT. I work my ass off to have a great life and working here has given me the opportunities to get somewhere in life. Four years ago I had nothing, my then boyfriend and I had a mattress, a computer and a desk. We struggled and continued to struggle until I saw an episode of Family guy where Louis tried pso jobs. I always give great customer service by being friendly and drama free with my callers and co workers. It is nice to work for a company that doesn’t tolerate drama. Many companies thrive on it, but not here. Our boss is not crazy. In fact she is compassionate, supportive and dedicated to helping her contractors succeed. We have bonus opportunities; a pay scale that recognizes hard work and commitment; and we have an annual employee vacation. No other company pays like this one or supports its employees like WBMTT. As I write this I am headed to our annual company vacation! That’s right I am headed to the beach, a nice big house and of course I’ll be working! Why would I work on vacation? Well why not? I can drink my fancy beverages and take phone calls. What on earth kind of job can you do that at? I can’t think of a single one! That’s why I plan to keep my job as a phone sex operator, forever. This is the ultimate job! While no job is PERFECT mine sure does come pretty damn close. I have no true ‘cons’ to this job, the only cons are that I have to motivate myself! But that’s not even hard when my motivation produces the money that I earn. I have been solely supporting my family for over a year now. It’s not as hard as people think but then again it isn’t as easy either. You CANNOT be lazy with this job. You work 50 hours a week, minimum. Let me tell you a little about myself. I am a divorced mother of 3 wonderful kiddos. Last year, I was couch surfing, trying to get back on my feet from a domestic violence situation. I had to give my children into another custody arrangement so they wouldn’t suffer homelessness with me. I had no phone, no car, no income, and my little town was very rural and remote. There was no assistance for me. Now, here I am, a year later, in a beautiful home with my children, with a vehicle, and this fantastic job. I am so blessed to have found this company, and all the absolutely wonderful, powerful, intelligent women I work with. They’ve been there for me through deaths, surgeries, and simply bad days, to lift me up, and encourage me through it. And on the good days, which are so very prevalent now, they make me feel like I positively shine. I have never been employed by anyone who has been so flexible with my days and hours. With 3 small ones, I couldn’t exactly be squirreled away in an office away from them all day. I work when they are gone or asleep, in my bedroom, in my pajamas.
Now, don’t mistake me, this isn’t for just anyone. You have to have the self-discipline to be a self-starter, to apply yourself to fulfill your duties, and to stick to the schedule you choose, or else the whole company suffers. You have to have the mental strength to separate yourself from the dialogue of the characters your assigned. Being able to leave work at work is extremely important. But again, that’s where these wonderful women I work with come to the rescue again. Any time a call was hard on my mind, I can talk to my girls here, and they make me laugh and smile again.
It’s not all bad either, it can be so fun! I have “met” some very interesting people around the world, and spent hours hearing their life stories, their wants, their dreams, and of course, their desires. There is so many stereotypical things people think when they hear “phone sex operator” that is so very far from true! It’s now just whimpering on a crappy phone and fake moaning over the phone for some guy. Oh no. You become a voice actress, with different personalities, hope, and desires all of your own! I find it rather liberating to be able to put myself in the shoes of someone completely different from myself, and completely throw myself into their dialogue just as though I was reading a really good fictional book, or watching a cool movie.
This job isn’t easy, but it’s worth it. I promise you, if you truly apply yourself, the fruits of your labor will be very evident. Besides al the wonderful people, and ease of working from home where I am comfortable, the pay has saved my household time and again. Even when I was gone for most of my work week, I brought in enough to keep us afloat just fine. I’ve never not had to worry about our utilities, or where our next meal was going to come from, before. I’m not writing this as an advertisement, or a trick. I just want to brag on this place! Just give it a try, you won’t be sorry!
