Most companies let you sink of swim. This company pays your 800 bill which is almost unheard of in the industry. WBMT has a flexible schedule. We select our schedule a week in advance giving you the flexibility to work around your life. You can work as many or as few hours a day you want. I work 60 hours a week because that puts me in a higher pay bracket for my per minute talk time. Here at WBMT, our pay is based on how hard we work, not how many minutes we talk. This company is drama free too. So, you never need to worry about cattiness and back stabbing. Girls are let go for that shit immediately. I have worked for several companies and I can tell you for sure that no one pays as much per minute as we do you can end up with a fat paycheck just from following the rules. No commute, great pay, wonderful women, fun working environment, what else could you possibly need? Once you get started here you won’t ever want to work anywhere else I can promise you that!
