It took me a long time to be where I am today. I started this job for extra money. I went full time a few months after starting and over a year later I am so happy I took this step. This job is not easy, its not just waiting for calls. If you are looking into doing something different and from home know that this job is not for a slacker. I work 65 plus hours a week. I write blogs constantly. We write blogs to get our girls on the top of the page daily. Every ounce of work you put into your job you get paid for. The more you blog the more calls you will get. I am 25 and I make more money than most of my friends. I work from home and I enjoy it every single day. I wake up happy to log in and start working. My boss and my coworkers are amazing. This job is not for everyone and we know that. When I first started I was scared, not sure I was going to work out. I did not pull my weight and my paychecks showed it. As of right now my future husband and I have paid off our wedding, we are fixing up our car as well as planning on buying a new one. I enjoy my job and the money I make because I work hard is showing. Our company is amazing. We all have a chance to meet in person! Our company vacation is coming up. I have been able to pay for vacation and buy a plane ticket. I am so excited to see the women who have helped me with personal struggles, helped me emotionally and mentally. We are a big family here. We work hard together, we laugh and we cry together. If you are looking for a good company this is it.

I have been a PSO for several years. I have tried many companies out there. And they are NOT all the same. I can honestly say that WBMT is the BEST company I have ever worked for. I have been here almost 3 years. I get paid every week. I like the girls I work with. We have a company chat room and there is NO cattiness or ugliness allowed. It is a great work environment. We have a great boss. I use to work for wally world. It was a terrible job. I hated it. My bosses were rude. The pay was terrible and the work was super hard. At WBMT I have the ability to make good money. More than double what I use to make. And all I have to do is log in and blog a lot. Let me tell you. Blogging in the comfort of my home with a movie on in the back ground is so much better than stocking the grocery section of wally world. PLUS I make make so much more money. The key to being a Phone sex operator is blogging and being logged into work. It is simple. The blogs advertise you to potential callers. And being logged in means you are available when the guys call. If you dont want to blogs or you only want to work 2 or 3 hours a day. This is NOT the job for you. If you are one of those people who are willing to work to make money. This is the perfect job for you. I am the sole provider for my family. And this is the ONLY job I have. I am not some super PSO. I don’t have the best voice ever. I just stay logged in and blog. It is that simple.

I have been here for three years now and would not work any where else, ever again. Now that I have told you how great the bosses and employees are and a little about the atmosphere you can expect here. Let me explain my earlier statement “there is more to being a PSO then just answering the phone.” Just like any other business you have to advertise your merchandise, and that merchandise is you and your sexy, wild imagination. The thing that will have your clients cumming back for more! You do this by blogging or writing stories that will entice our clients to call you. You create a virtual world that the client wants to be a part of, needs to be a part of. With the support of everyone at this company you will not only learn the ins and outs of blogging but you will have all the support you need to excel at it! The next thing you need to realize is that just like any other business, the more time you put in, the more money you make. If you had a restaurant and were only opened a few days a week for a few hours, you aren’t going to make any money. The same is true here. And finally you need to be willing to be reliable. Just like any other job if your can’t be here when your supposed to, someone else has to be. Our clients need us and we need them. When I first started doing phone sex I thought things would be so easy. I could hang out watch tv and be lazy. That is not how this works. If you are looking to do Phone sex know that it is more than answering phones. I write blogs on every day to get my girls on the site. I not only blog but I edit pictures of my characters. Having friends come over and visiting while you are working is not a good idea. You have to be able to shut things out and focus on your job. Always have your phone by you so you can answer it! We do have guys who call just to tell you how hot you are. It wastes time but they saw your post. That means you are getting views! They might have wasted your time today but tomorrow they could be a new caller. Always be nice and sexy, your pictures plus your voice will make them think about you all day! You want to work hard at this, put in effort! You are able to make a ton of money doing phone sex! The Best phone Company Ever!
Being an adult is hard! As a mother of 2 I found myself in that endless cycle of working, putting my kids to bed and getting back up to do it all again. My employeer did not appreciate me and my children did nothing but miss me. On top of that it seemed like everytime I turned around my boyfriend was loosing his job, making my tiny paycheck our main source of income. When we did both work it was like an entire person’s money went to paying for childcare and gas! So when I got sick and was unable to return to work you could imagine we were hurting pretty bad. That is when my boyfriend watched this movie about some phone sex operators who make their own company and suggest I look it up. A quick search on google for PSO Jobs and I found myself diving head deep into a giant well of information. Not only was phone sex still around (which I thought it was dinosaur aged), but it was a thriving industry. So after a little bit more research I put in tons of applications. I had a few interviews and then this company found me. I was torn and decided to pick WBMT LLC as my first phone sex operator company. The owner was honest from the beginning, it takes time to build up clients. You have to work when your at work. It is more then just moaning and groaning on the phone. It is being able to tell a story. Paint a picture for our clients needs, the majority which are pretty cool. It is no taboo, like real no taboo. I did not know if I could handle that at first, but I did just fine. Now, I have moved into a bigger house and can afford the bills without struggling for my whole family, all four of us, and I don’t need any outside help. I have to say I am extremely glad I came across this company. I spent a week researching PSO jobs and how to be a phone sex operator. I was new to the industry and had no idea what company was going to be a good fit. I was worried about finding a “legit” company to work for where I could make money and there wouldn’t be integrity issues. I find myself incredibly blessed that I happened to find this company. I was immediately contacted and after the amazing owner talked to me, I was given the job opportunity. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect or if I would be good at this. I was reassured and guided the whole way through. When I was nervous and had questions, I was immediately answered and helped. Everyone here is really like family and extremely welcoming. They help each other and work as a team. This is a job where you can make awesome money if you are a hard worker. You have to put in a lot of time and effort. But truthfully if you have ever had a w2 job that worked outside of your home, it can not even compare. I can honestly say this is the best opportunity in the world. I was someone who would work non-stop busting my butt. I would wake up at 4:30am and have to be at work by 5:30am and I wouldn’t get off until 9pm, If I was lucky. I was never home to clean, take care of myself, or see my husband. This job has made my life, so much more enjoyable. One thing you can never get back in this world is time. I spend time now in the comfort of my own home and can juggle whatever I have going on here. This is a job where you have complete control over how much money you make. You have to blog and you have to invest in this job(like any job). I worked in customer service, sales, child care, and administration jobs and this is by far the best job. Other companies take money away from you that you make, don’t help their employees, and really some don’t even pay on time. I can honestly say working here I have not had to endure the horror experiences I read about online from how other companies treat their employees. Most people are not happy with their job or have to work really hard making ends meet. I am blessed to be part of this team. This is a job full of opportunities that don’t benefit solely one person. They pay on time, they care about you and help you, and you will actually get to have a life while making good money. You will love this company!

Finding the right PSO Jobs!
Finding the right job has always been a struggle. I’m disabled, and sitting at my desk in an office with no breaks for eight hours has always been tough. I end up burning out after just a month or two, which is why for the last five years, I’ve only been working temp jobs part-time and making a pittance. My husband and I had been struggling since we’d met, and before I’d started this job, I was working about 5 hours a week for $9/hour. Not much of an income there!
We needed a change. We got to joking one day about how sultry my voice could be, and he said, “Well, why don’t you be a phone sex operator?” I thought he was joking at first, but we’d talked about it in the past. People had always jokingly told me I should be a phone sex operator, so I thought, maybe this would be a good fit! I Googled “How to be a phone sex operator” and I found a site that listed a bunch of different options for phone sex jobs. There were a bunch of different jobs available, but when I compared the pay rate to other phone sex jobs out there, WBMT looked like the best.
So when I applied and they called me back, I was thrilled! I’ve been here four months, and the biggest thing I’ve learned? You get out of it what you put into it. You need to work work work – this is not an easy job and not for a lazy gal. So, yes, I don’t have to sit at my desk for eight hours at a stretch, but when I get up to lay down in bed, I take my phone with me, and I take my tablet so I can blog. As a result, I work FAR more hours than I ever did when I was working for Corporate America, and I feel far healthier than I ever did before!
Plus, I love working from home! I can bug out for a few minutes to drop off or pick up my husband from the train station, take care of and play with my new kitten & older cat, make sure dinner is ready in time, keep the house clean, even watch a movie or play a computer game for a while if that’s what I want to do! But time I’m doing that is time I’m not writing, so that’s less income I make, so I always keep that in mind if I’m choosing to not write.
But the best thing I’ve learned about this job? It’s a sisterhood. I’ve worked for a number of companies that are fully staffed by woman, and they tend to be catty or there tends to be one woman or two who are just the head bitch that you just want to avoid. Not here. EVERYONE is nice, helpful, caring, and awesome! I love the women here, and everyone is so glad to work here, especially the long-time girls and the ones that used to work for other PSO companies. WBMT really is the best company out there!

Phone sex operator is something that I am proud to say that I am. I am now able to live a lifestyle that I have only dreamed of. I still have plenty of time to have fun and be a regular person. Now it does take a lot of work to get clientele built up, but with WBMT’s training and guidance I was able to achieve all of the goals I set plus some. The other girls are amazing and supportive too. They help you learn and grow with all of the things you are required to do. I appreciate WBMT for everything that they have given me, including an amazing career that is flexible and fun!
