Phone chat Jobs may seem easy to come by but good companies are not. In fact not all PSO jobs are created equally nor are the girls that do them. What I am trying to say is many companies treat you as just part of their numbers game and really just a warm body. They don’t really give a whole lot in training nor in making you feel like your even human. If you go into dispatch you are expected to keep guys on the line for x number of minutes to even get paid. If they even pay you. It’s true, there are companies that owe their contractors pay and will just change the name and continue on ignoring the fact that they owe these operators for their due wages. Well, here at WBMT you get paid. You are in charge, essentially for what your pay rate is. It’s called motivational pay and it’s really a great thing. We earn a pay rate of the highest in the industry. You can earn up to 1.10 a minute. Yes, you are required to write blogs, keep a set number of hours and do a few other minor tasks.
