WBMT is run by women who have worked in the business and have designed a company to avoid pitfalls common in the industry. WBMT provides training to be a good PSO. Most companies are riddled with drama. Many are sketchy in when or if they pay their contractors. And it is not unheard of to just toss new girls in with no training and expect them to learn quickly. I love working here.
