I love being a phone sex operator. However, I don’t think I would love it as much somewhere else. Although I’ve only ever worked at WBMT, most of our girls came from other places. And they came to us with horror stories of their previous companies.
If you currently work for another phone sex company and you never make at least a dollar a minute you should consider jumping ships. Because you can make up to $1.10 a minute on your talk time here. You can also make $.20 a minute on your talk time too, but that’s not committing to a schedule and not writing any blogs.
I admit WBMT does require more work than most companies. But the work results in higher call volume. And higher call volume results in more money on your paycheck. So, personally, I never mind blogging or committing to a schedule. Most weeks I earn $1.10 a minute on my talk time.
And that entails me committing myself to 50 hours a week plus working an additional 10 hours with at least 10 of those 60 hours on the weekend. And five days of blogging at least three a day during the week with some social media promotion too. Personally, that’s not that much work.
I worked at Walmart for years stocking shelves. Manual labor for minimum wage. Now I get to enjoy life with no manual labor and a much higher pay grade. It doesn’t matter if you work at another phone sex company or have another job. We hire girls with or without experience. But we give them a chance to thrive.
I feel confident that if you quit another phone sex company to join WBMT, you will find that make more money here too. But remember, at WBMT you need to hustle like we all do to pad that check.
