But at WBMT there’s no shady shit. You make a schedule based on the hours you want to work, and you show up to work your hours. And you can leave at the end of your shift regardless of how much money you made that day. Or you can stay longer if you want to make some more money.
There’s no drama. There’s no browbeating. And there’s no threats either. They even have a handbook that spells out all the rules and requirements and you get trained too. I make more money at WBMT in one day than I made in an entire week at my old company. We hire people with experience and without experience. So, if you’re at a company that’s shady and you’re not making much money jumping ships might be the best decision you ever make. And don’t worry if you don’t have any experience, we train you either way. I think you’ll find that this is the best phone sex company to work for.
