There are no hold times here. You are paid per minute regardless of how long the guy talks. How much you make a minute is up to you. We have a pay scale that pays you anywhere from 20 cents a minute to $1.10 a minute based on how much you blog and how many hours you work a week. The owner gives you plenty of training too.
