We design our own schedules here. We can change our schedules every 3 months if we need to also. I work a variety of hours. Some nights and some days. Even do split shifts sometimes too. You can work 30, 40, 50 or 60 hours a week here. But the more hours you commit to the higher the per minute rate you earn on your talk time.
