Phone chat jobs should be researched before you apply to a company. My first company I worked at I did not know that. I applied, got hired and it was hell. Not only chaotic but very low pay. After 6 months there, I quit. Thought about going back to my waitress job, but then I found this page. And I read through testimonials. I learned a lot about the company from reading them.
