A Lot of companies out there will hire you quick, because you are the new girl, a new voice. It may send a Quick rush a clients your way, Like it always does with being a new girl. But That new wears off as soon as they hire another girl. Then she’s the new girl.
WBMT Doesn’t over hire, and we already have an amazing clientele. Pay is also, effort based. You want to put in more work, you make more. It’s that simple.
Blogging is required and can be a bit tricky, but you are trained. Here at WBMT they don’t throw anything at you, you aren’t able to handle, and everyone here is so Helpful. There is no Pitting girls against one another Like I’ve been privy, too at other companies. This Company is all about Empowering Women, and Women supporting Women and They Stand By It.
