If you are looking to join the world of PSO jobs, then you have found the best place that you could ever find. I have been a PSO off and on; mostly on; for thirteen years. I have worked at horrible companies where pay was late, or not even received, or the pay was low for the amount of work that needed to be done. I have to say that working here at WBMT has been amazing. The women I work with are amazing. They are always willing to step up and help if needed. It is indeed a family, one in which every one looks out for every one else. There is a massive amount of support given for all aspects of this job, as well as home life issues that may come up. We all get along, there is no drama what so ever, there is no infighting either. We are a Sisterhood. The pay is fantastic, but as in all PSO jobs it is what you make it. If you only do the minimum then your pay will reflect that, the more effort you put in, the more money will be in your pay. There are so many ways to make money, blogging, advertising, contests, the list goes on and on. It doesn’t matter if you have experience or not, you will have in dept training which lasts two weeks. It covers everything from top to bottom. However, it is broken down into manageable chunks so that you will not feel over whelmed. If you haven’t decided yet, take a day or two to think about it, do your research. I think you will find that we have the best company in the business and I would encourage you to apply if you are looking for a place that will value your hard work and appreciate you as a person.
