Not all phone sex jobs are the same. Some suck. And trust me, I’ve been at a few. I’ve been in this industry for 25 years. But I have been with WBMT for the longest of any of the companies I worked at before. When I first started in this industry, I was green. I was going to college, and I just needed a job where I could make money while in my dorm room. So, I could study in between calls. Back then I needed a landline. And a dial up connection. Lots of things have changed in the industry in 25 years.
A couple of the companies that I worked at in the past, just refused to adapt with the changing technology, and they became kind of archaic. And newer, hipper companies put them out of business. Some companies were just rife with drama. I had one company that never paid me after a month working for them. About 13 years ago, I left my last company and I came here. I took a risk because then WBMT was a new company.
But I stuck it out. Because it’s a good company to work for. I blogged and I worked a lot of hours. And I built up my regular caller base. A few of those guys are still calling me today. But I get new regulars weekly. Guys come and go in this industry. And some guys bounce around from company to company and girl to girl. If you’re consistent with your schedule and your blog on a regular basis, you’ll find that you can make a decent living here at WBMT without any of the bullshit that plagues a lot of job industries.
I love working at this company. And I don’t think I’ll go anyplace else. I am 58 now and I’ve been in this industry for a long time. So, I can tell you that this is a great company to work for.
