When I was first starting out as a pso. I jumped from company to company. I just couldnt make enough money to support my family. I would work 15 hours a day. And I just couldnt get any traction. Barely scratching out 200 a week. Finding WBMT was a blessing. I mean it. A real blessing. I will not be looking anywhere else. I have been here 3 and ½ years now. I support my whole family. And I make good money. Not just ok. Good money. I have to work hard. But I get paid for that work. Actually the harder I work the more I make. I controll my paycheck. It is not some dumb luck draw. Or being friends with the owner or the dispatcher. I controll how much I make. And I fucking love that! Honestly I am not going anywhere. I have never in my life made as much money as I make here. And I love knowing my hard work pays off. This is a fantastic company.
