If you cannot see yourself doing at least 15 blogs a week that are 200 or more words, this is not the place for you. WBMT requires blogging. Some companies do not. But let me tell you something honestly. Dispatch companies do not pay as well as direct dial companies that require blogging. That is because they pay a middle person and that takes away from your profits. The more work a company requires, the higher pay you earn.

Phone sex is not a typical job. You are not paid by the hour. You do not have tax with holdings. And you do not have benefits. If you don’t work, you don’t get paid. Phone sex pays by the minute on your talk time. For example, say you do a ten min call, and you work 40 hours that week, you earn $1.00 a min, so that would be $10 you earned in ten minutes. The more you blog, the more callers find you and the more you earn. Blogging is free advertisement. If you can blog, you can make money here too.

Now, not everyone works as hard as others do here and that is reflected in their paychecks. Never Thought I’d Love Being a Phone Sex Operator

phone sex operatorI never thought I would say that I love being a phone sex operator, but here I am saying it. I went to college. I had a social work job for decades, then I started teaching. I got sick, however, and I could no longer work a traditional job. I tried a few self-employment jobs, but I needed more money. I had a friend who had this kind of job when she was in grad school. I did some research to find honest companies to apply with. That was almost 6 years ago and here I still am. I stay because the money I make weekly means I only need one job to survive, which means I can enjoy life now. My boyfriend and I can travel because we have the money and I get to set my own hours. I make top dollar on every minute of talk time. I could make less per minute, but I am greedy. I want as much on the dollar as I can get. I blog daily and set my schedule weekly. In this business, girls float around from company to company, but that is not the case here. My job as a PSO

I’d like to take a few moments to tell you the dirty truth about my job. First of all, it is a JOB. It is a job that I love, but it is a job. It is not something I do during my available time to make extra money. This is my main way of supporting myself and my family. When you work with WBMT, you are committing to a set schedule. I work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, every week. I also work overtime as needed.
I love my job for so many reasons. First, I am in control of my earnings to a certain degree. We have a base per minute pay rate, but I am never content with making a minimum pay. I do what I need to do to earn maximum per minute pay. Doing those extra things also means I have more calls, which makes those per minute extras beneficial. Secondly, I work from home. Working from home means no money spent on gas and maintenance for my vehicle for commute. It also makes my car insurance cheaper since my vehicle is being used only as a “pleasure” vehicle. I have no special work clothes required. This means I can work in my pajamas or just plain naked if I want to! This saves me money on clothing and laundry. Working from home gives me lots of tax write offs for things I would normally have anyway like internet and phone service. It means I am home when my family needs me. Working from home was the main reason I came to work for WBMT, but the reasons I stay with WBMT is because I a make enough money to stay here and I love my coworkers. My coworkers are what makes my job enjoyable, so I look forward to coming to work every day.
