WBMT was founded by a former PSO. She worked at many companies before. She knew the pitfalls of the business and the areas that needed improvement and created a better company than all of them combined. We are given training when hired here at WBMT. Most companies let you sink of swim. This company pays your 800 bill which is almost unheard of in the industry. WBMT has a flexible schedule. We select our schedule a week in advance giving you the flexibility to work around your life. You can work as many or as few hours a day you want. I work 60 hours a week because that puts me in a higher pay bracket for my per minute talk time. Here at WBMT, our pay is based on how hard we work, not how many minutes we talk. This company is drama free too. So, you never need to worry about cattiness and back stabbing. Girls are let go for that shit immediately. This is the company for girls who like to write, because the more you blog the more you make. WBMT is a great company. I have been here 6 years and can’t imagine being anywhere else.
