I love my Job

Why do I love being a phone sex operator? Well, honestly the best part is the fact that I get to work from home, I have no commute and I can work in my pajamas if I want to, what could be better than that? We all motivate each other here, we remind each other to vote and help each other with blogging ideas. Plus we are a family here, there’s no gossip or cattiness, we build each other up here we never tear each other down. There are so many different ways to earn money here too, the pay scale is better than anywhere else and the harder you work, the more you are rewarded for your efforts! We have a strong happy team here because we have a management team here that listens to us and respects us, and we have coworkers that do the same. We really look out for each other here and I can say that I have never worked anywhere else like here! I have the best job ever because I have the best work family ever!

Paid at WBMT

It’s 3am, and I made $40 in two hours. I worked on my day off and made that! And on Monday, I made $60! In an hour. Most minimum paid jobs you make that in a day…but that’s just the start of what it’s like to be a phone sex operator.  It sucks but not that bad! I mean today sucks because my voice and throat is raw from screaming. But I made awesome money…and it did not take that long at all. This is not a peaches and cream job but it has things lots of other jobs have. First of all everyone here is super nice and helpful. We are like a family! And we have zero drama here which is impossible to find anywhere else in this world. There are contests for blogs to get extra money, there are call monitoring contests every week that you also get a few extra bucks from. There is a company vacation every year were we all get together in a badass house and work our little asses off and get drunk…and have a ton of fun. This job is like no other, it is an acting job – and you gotta be able to talk about anything. Your daughter, being your daughter, fucking your daughter, eating people, stabbing your pussy and even repeating that you are a piece of shit over and over again until you really hate the guy on the phone…but then you think about it. You just got paid by one of these guys to sit in your pjs and say whatever he wants. I mean, that’s what I call work smarter not harder. And as for blogging…it’s fun! And how you make your money, and attract callers. You must write  at least 10 blogs a week if you like money. If you don’t like money, you’re wasting your time. And THIS is the place where you can make some serious money!

PSO job with WBMT

I have worked with WBMT for about 6 months now. This is also my first PSO job and I must say I love it. The best part of this job is the women I work with. The women I work with genuinely care about each other. I have heard there is a lot of backstabbing at other phone sex companies, but I have seen none of that at WBMT. The ladies support each other, often interjecting ideas about things to do to help each other make more money, so that each operator can be as successful  as they can be. More importantly, the ladies support each other emotionally. I have learned that working from home, people have a tendency to get reclusive and not socialize as much as in other jobs, but at WBMT, we are here for each other. Recently, I suffered a personal tragedy and the ladies at WBMT were there to support me, just as if they were my family. That’s because we are a type of family. We are all here to make money, but everyone, including management, remembers that we are people and we have pour ups and downs.
Other benefits to working as a PSO is that your income potential is unlimited. Your income is directly based on how much work you put into your job. Working as a PSO is not only about staying on the phone. You must market your characters in order to get those calls. The management gives us all the tools to use to market our characters, but they are tools you must use. If you choose not to put the work into it, you will not make as much money. It’s that simple. The job is fun most of the time. It is virtually stress free compared to other jobs I have worked. I am very happy in my job and I see myself staying with this company a very long time.

Why do I love being a phone sex operator? We have had some girls that have had house fires and other issues and we all pitch in to help them because we really are family here. I have never worked anywhere else that would have your back like that. Or if you just need to talk, we are here for each other. We all work really hard here but all that hard work is paid off with big paychecks and a huge sense of accomplishment. Why settle for some stupid minimum wage job when you can support yourself and your family from the comfort of your own home?

Work hard Play hard!

Not a day goes by where I am not happy to log into work. My job is awesome and my coworkers are amazing. It is so nice to have a job I like with Coworkers I like as well. I tend to stick to myself but in this job you have to put all of your focus on what you put out. This company isn’t a sit on your thumb and twist kind of company. We work and we work hard. The more blogs you post the more calls you get. The more money you can make. Our company wants you to make as much money for yourself as you can. We have daily tasks we do to make our company one of the best. We vote, we blog and we have some of the best customer service around! You must be looking for a job you can work at from home and you are thinking about doing phone sex. No we don’t get off on calls and if you do thats you! But I look at my job as I am a actress who is helping men get out their fantasies. I blog as often as I can. Some days it is hard to sit here and think of something to write. What do I like best about being a phone sex operator? Well I would have to say the convenience of being able to work at home definitely tops my list! No commute, no rush hour traffic, no worrying about what to wear, hell some days (most days to be honest) I don’t even put on a bra! I love sitting around in my comfy jammies while I am working with the best girls in the business. Plus one of the biggest plusses about working here is the fact that we don’t have any catty, backstabbing type of girls here. We all genuinely love each other here, there’s even a girls only vacation every year! The down low on How to be a phone sex operator.

Hello fellow potential co-worker! If you’re taking the time to read what it’s like to be a phone sex operator with WBMT then I can already tell you’re off to a great start. You want to know what you’re getting into…you wouldn’t want to bite off more than you can chew! I am here to give you the down low on what it’s like here. We have a lotta rules, but at the same time we are very flexible. You are the one who determines how much money you make. For example…you see these words you are reading? I am getting paid to write this. It’s a blog contest that those who want to can participate in to earn potential money. The only rule? Be honest about your job! And there are oh so many other things that we do here for extra money. If you want to be paid $1.05 a minute then you do 10 blogs a week…a couple tumblrs and your weekly seo blog and then all your phone calls are all $1.05 a minute.  TRUST ME IT REALLY ADDS UP. Not to mention we are one of the highest paying companies… it certainly isn’t easy by any means. I am only 21 years old, my son is almost a year old and my husband who could be out doing security but yet he is home with me and our son. We can all be together as a family as I work. Only problem? Going into the closet for phone calls before a client hears my babe crying LOL! I make enough for us all to stay home, and even with slow weeks here at work I always find a way to make ends meet.  Everyone asks me why I work and not just stay home with my son. Why not both? I love my family of co –workers and my son…and I can have it all. And so can you!

Love my Job!

I love my job! Phone sex isn’t something I thought would last for me. I am young and not very experienced with life let alone with sex. Once I started blogging more than 10 blogs a week I saw a increase in my paychecks. I get paid for working hard. You can make a little bit of money hanging off of everyone else’s skirt tails but if you want real good paycheck the more you blog the more men see you. To really make money you need to be awake and sounding sexy. You also need to blog like crazy. This is a fun and taboo job to have, but this is a job and a serious company. We have the best owner and manager ever. I work hard to make myself money and to make my company money. I am 25 a newly wed and we are now a 2 car family. I work from home and I am able to keep up with my house cleaning. My husband leave’s to work and I have all day to get what I need done for work. These past few weeks have been hard for me at personally. Because my blogging slipped my checks showed that. This job can be consistent, or you can make just enough to get by. I like making money and I like making as much as I can. That means busting my ass on my own blogs. Writing and decorating pictures. The more I write and blog the more men see my girl on the main page. That means my blogs are being read and men will be calling. This job will not work well for you if you just sit there. You will get a pay check but a small one. When you work your ass off and blog you could pay all of your bills with one paycheck. I hope to see another money hungry girl like me! Work hard and you can play hard later.
